I went in to check out my "free" session, I was open about wanting to limber up after treatment for brain cancer. I purchased a 3 month package. Knowing that I was suffering from a mental deficit, they put me in some sort of "maintenance" program and charged me $430.00 more than I agreed to. After I discovered the extra charges I called to get it stopped, just to have them continue to charge me another month two weeks later. I used their services a total of 4 times... that hardly screams for a need of maintenance!! I would stay away from this place... They have taken everything they can and signed me up for a additional commitments without my knowledge. Sending the story to local media.Review from Beth T

They have cancelled on me multiple times and no longer have availability when I can go. Called to discuss. Nobody will return my call or acknowledge my concern. **************** is great before you sign up, but nonexistent afterwards. Theres nobody to call other than your local studio. Cant cancel my membership without them sending me a linkyou know, the people who wont return my call. What a mess! Looks like my only option now is to dispute it with my credit card company. Interesting how this is meant to improve my health and well-being.Review from Dr S

They hire 20-somethings to provide wellness therapies with no qualifications to do so! DO NOT use this organization as it's a scam to steal money. I wouldn't use the remainder of my sessions because they made me feel very uncomfortable and the owner won't refund. Complain to the FTC/DOJ and shut them down.Review from Gretchen S

Scam!!! They get you in, than sign u up for automatic monthly charge and tell you that it is only one month,than you can add more months. Manager would not cancel or trfund. Very rude and told me that I sign up for this. Specifically told then no, wouldn't refund only went to one session.Review from Mitchell G

Happy with the service provided. But I was lied to and put in a contract for 3 months that I thought was only 1. I'm now getting charged monthly service fees while I try to use the 14 sessions I have remaining.Review from Marie Y L

I had the most unpleasant unprofessional experience with a stretch zone employee, *********************************'s amazing how companies Are willing to hire such a rude, unpleasant, unprofessional person like her. She truly was a horrible experience. I'm gladly not going to ever go to stretch zone or recommend it to anyone, even my worse enemy.Review from Paul G

I went to a session after seeing an ad on Instagram. I thought this was a good option to get more flexibility and decided to gave them my FSA info for 10 sessions. Right after the first visit my mother died unexpectedly and I had to travel several times to take care of her things. Not too long after my brother also died unexpectedly and I could not longer attend this sessions. After they collected all the sessions they charged me two extra $99 program fees. I called and explained the situation to the franchise and they told me to talk to the manager. He is always unavailable when I call and does not reply to my emails. I got only $99 back after I called last time. Do not recommend.Review from Joe M

The location in Manhasset NY is run by a nasty liar. Will take reservation and say you didn't make a reservation. Stay away
