I was treated fairly, they communicated with me the entire time, and I got what i was promised. I would use them again, because they were very straight forward.

**** The worst company ever it takes days to get answer. No one ever follows up. My realtor is going crazy. We will be turning this whole transaction from start to finish with the real estate board/commission. Dont get involved with this half assed company

Stay far away! The worst company ever. They all but begged my mother for almost two years to sell. They knew my mother was very hesitant to sell her condo. She finally said yes. They agreed on the price and sent over the contract and it was signed that day. 30 day close. They came and looked at it a few days later, all was good and now we wait for the close. I get maybe 1 call that all is good we just need to close. Then I call and leave multiple calls and emails with no response. I then call the attorney who is doing the settlement and she tells me it is all good and we are set to close next Friday the 22nd of April 2022. I say great. Then I get a call from the company this morning from a young lady who tells me the same information. Great. 10 hours later i receive a call at 8;00 Friday evening during the Jewish holiday and I answer it. The call goes like this, hello sir this is …….. we are not going through with your deal. Sorry. I ask why not and he says we would now need to reduce the contract by $30,000. Are you kidding. You want to reduce it by 20% of what you offered less than 30 days ago. They knew how hesitant my mother was yet they tried to screw her in the end before closing. These guys are liars. Stay far away from them. They only put down a $2500 deposit. Probably what they are willing to loose if the person in the end doesn’t reduce the price and agree to their now lower offer. It’s a complete screw you game they play. Maybe the worst company ever. Praying on people. Don’t do business with these people !!!!!!!!

Dear ****, I am sorry that you had a negative experience with us. We try our best to make it a win win situation for everyone involved. The inspector that went to inspect the property a few days after the contract was signed took until April 14th to send us the inspection report. It was only then that we realized that the property will need quite a bit more work than we anticipated based on what you disclosed over the phone. However, we were in constant communication with you throughout the process and told you we were waiting on that report. Unfortunately, there was an internal misunderstanding between Lauren (who is a new hire on our team) and Alejandro, and she told you on April 15th that we are moving fwd with the deal. A few hours later, ********* was the one that called you and told you that we won't be able to close at the price that we agreed upon initially because of the unexpected work that is needed. We disclosed to you upfront that we have an inspection period and that the deal is not finalized until we waive the inspections. Even though we canceled on time, within the inspection period (which ended on April 17th), and are not legally obligated to pay you the deposit, due to the misunderstanding that occured, we will be happy to release half of it to you as a gesture of good will. In the end these guys are liars. They were never in constant communication and it was always me calling them. They would not release the deposit unless I retracted and erased my negative review which I would not. Again stay as far away from these people as you can. They are not trustworthy and just looking to take advantage of anyone they can.

This reprehensible company buys up properties where the owners have let the home become inhabited by squatters or the repair is so beyond the pale that there is no hope affording it. They snap up these properties - instead of letting the homes roll onto the market and be purchased by families who will be productive members in communities- and then let them sit in trash, vermin, insects and ever-returning homeless squatters. Omer is being charged $100/day for this mess two doors down from me- but he won't move on getting the property cleaned up. He has owned it since Dec 9, 2021. Please don't sell your house to them- do not do it to your neighbors. Ask your neighbors for help finding a family to purchase, and create a happy ending. There is no worse company in Florida.

Dear *******, I understand that the situation with the property is hard for you and for the other neighbors. We purchased the property with squatters inside and had to go through the legal procedure of getting them out which took about 4 months (it's not just a simple eviction). We are in the process of cleaning the property up and pulling permits from the city in order for us to start the renovation work. I hope that the process will go quickly, but it's not a simple one. We're doing our best to turn this property over as quickly as possible and ending the trouble that it has brought to your neighborhood. We are in constant communication with the city, they understand the situation we are dealing with and gave us a few more weeks to resolve the open code violations (which we inherited from the previous owner that sold the property to us).
