    My 2021 ************** was repossessed on February 29, 2024. It is being held by Phantom assets recovery at ********** Bus ******, ** *****. /// I was able to talk to ******* and ****** with phantom assets recovery on March 4th at 2:28pm. Both ******* (the primary owner of the car), I, ******* and ****** agreed to schedule the appointment for today, March 5th at 3:45pm. I received a text message of confirmation that has been attached. /// During the initial call, I was receiving indirect information from both ******* and ******. I requested to talk to the owner, but I was denied because he was unavailable. When asked when he would be available, I was not given a straight answer. /// The following day, which is today, March 5th, I got a call from someone at Phantom assets recovery at 10:44am. I couldnt pick up because the call was disconnected before I could pick up the phone. I immediately called back and the line went straight to voicemail. /// I did, however, get a missed return call today at 2:59pm while I was at work. About five minutes later, I got voicemail stating to please return their call because my number was unknown to them. /// *******, attended the appointment on time at 3:45pm. Neither of us got response from ******* or ****** at the # *****************. /// ******* was not able to remove the license plate due to no one showing up for the appointment. /// I then contacted Phantom asset recovery in ******* out of desperation. They stated that the behavior, that I am reporting today, is typical of the business of phantom assets recovery in ******, *******. Stating they receive calls of customers complaining of the ******, *******, phantom asset recovery employees, being unresponsive and unprofessional. /// I want to be contacted by Phantom asset recovery with an appropriate appointment time, and a Professional follow-up call 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. At that appointment, I want to remove my license plate from the vehicle and leave.

    My vehicle was repossessed due to lack of payment. Upon satisfying the pass due amount with my lender I was given the address to Phantom Asset Recovery. I paid a $225 fee, which was fine. When they drove my vehicle up front, I perform a vehicle walk around. We know how careless Repo Companies can be. Sure, enough I was greeted by a HUGE Dent/Damage on the Right Lower half of the quarter panel. Of course, the tow company said that was already there. Unfortunately for them, I work as a technician and cars are my expertise. It was obvious that during their recovery of the vehicle they damaged the car. Their equipment damaged the quarter panel exposing fresh metal (No Rust of course). Not only did they damage the quarter panel, but the vehicle also now drives with a constant rubbing noise front the right rear near the damaged area and the alignment is now off specs. The most frustrating part of this unfortunate situation is that the Phantom Asset Recovery chooses not to accept the fact that they ruin my vehicle and rectify the issue. Of course, I called the police and made a report and now pursuing a civil case. It's one this to s**** up when doing your job, but it's another when you can't accept when you have messed up and think that it will just go away. This is now a civil case that will resolve their poor services. Good job Phantom Recovery asset.
