I received an MCA loan for my freelance sole prop business. I have been paying on this up until the beginning of August. I contacted 2-3 representatives about payment options, then my old checking was messed up by Chase/fraud therefore the account was closed. At this point, I had paid $1400 of the original amount of $2500. A month ago I talked to a rep via email who acted as if he didn't know that all the payments I made weren't even paying down my balance. Then he never responded. If my payoff balance remaining was more than the entire amount I received then how do I now owe over $7,000? This company is predatory. There is no way I can pay this and my business has ceased which they were aware of. Someone should really come to a more realistic total amount instead of making up one or it will be taken up legally. You can't tell me I owe one amount then try to get triple that amount in a matter of a week or two!
