I went to Ocean Spa today for a $79.99 body contouring service. After the service they do a really hard sell and try and sell you packages. The one they said would work best for me was $10,000. I did not want that package due to the amount of money. After speaking with the woman regarding other packages, I reluctantly purchased one for $600 plus tax. On my way home, I called Ocean Spa back and told them that I did not want the package and would like a refund (I did not use any services from the package I bought within the hour of me calling). The woman said she would speak with her boss and call me back. She called me back and offered to keep my money (the boss doesn't want to give me a refund) and let me use the services when I am ready. I advised her that I want a refund of my money. She said she would talk to her boss again regarding a refund. I called again about 3 hours later as I didn't receive a return call and the lady apologized and said that her boss would not give me a refund. I spoke with my bank and they told me that I can dispute the charges but right now the charge is still pending. I also don't feel like I should have to dispute the $600 plus tax when I cancelled right away and asked for a refund for a service I didnt use. I did not use any of the services I paid for in advance and I would like Ocean Spa to refund my money.
