              My name is ********************************* . I have all my income tax on April 1, 2024 with the company called tax nerds from *******************************. I had a status and they had said that my refund was processed and that it was supposed to take from 28 to 48 hours its been longer than that and I havent received my money. I dont know if this company is real. I dont know anything about them. This is the first time it is Now I complain because I call them and they dont respond to me. I send them Gmail they do not respond to me. I wanna make A complaint on this business because theyre not even doing their job right they should able to respond to a phone call and they dont. They should respond to a Gmail and they dont. Their services is bad now Im gonna have to go to IRS in person and find out what the problem is because this company is not legit care refund when I was suspected to have it shouldnt take any longer to receive a refund. Ive gotten all my other refunds with no problems and Ive had a problem with this company and be sure to shut them down because I dont think they deserve to be believe that they are scamming people. I believe that they are identity people I just think that they are not who they think they say they are .
