My name is ********************************* . I have all my income tax on April 1, 2024 with the company called tax nerds from *******************************. I had a status and they had said that my refund was processed and that it was supposed to take from 28 to 48 hours its been longer than that and I havent received my money. I dont know if this company is real. I dont know anything about them. This is the first time it is Now I complain because I call them and they dont respond to me. I send them Gmail they do not respond to me. I wanna make A complaint on this business because theyre not even doing their job right they should able to respond to a phone call and they dont. They should respond to a Gmail and they dont. Their services is bad now Im gonna have to go to IRS in person and find out what the problem is because this company is not legit care refund when I was suspected to have it shouldnt take any longer to receive a refund. Ive gotten all my other refunds with no problems and Ive had a problem with this company and be sure to shut them down because I dont think they deserve to be believe that they are scamming people. I believe that they are identity people I just think that they are not who they think they say they are .Initial Complaint

I sent a complaint against Tax Nerds, LLC My message I think came across incorrect. My complaint # ******** was not towards TurboTax it was against the above company. Their information is Tax Nerds,LLC ************************************************************************* ************** I had filed with TurboTax and got rejected for AGI info. This is when I made a call who I thought was a IRS agency that would help me with this matter. In turn like I said prior I was given no disclosure on what the company is or that I would have a fee of ******. I voiced my concerns about the information I was giving and was assured that it was safe and secure. At no time was I told anything about the company or what they do. The agent was ***************************** and the manager that I spoke to that was awful and could care less they ripped me off was *****. Sorry don't remember his last name. Again sorry for the confusion please reach out if I can clarify anymore.Thank youCustomer response

It is tax tracks and it is not a repair complaint it is a rip me off complaint
