This review is phony because when a customer changes their phone system the onus is on them to ensure integration to their own phone system which is what every customer agrees too by signing a subscription agreement. With over ******* customers that we work with those that follow the agreement that each parties have signed then all runs smoothly As far as canceling, if this customer followed the cancellation procedures as outlined in their signed agreement then all would have been canceled. But in their case they decided that they would ignore their agreement and were not going to pay anymore whereas in this case just like any other company Telephonetics enforces its agreements. This customer decided not to follow the terms and conditions of the agreement that each party agreed too which is a good reason to never do business with a company that lies like this one has with their phony review.Review from Alex G

This company seems to have a recurring trend of trying to bill, bill, bill. The service was okay while it worked. We switched phone systems and the service from Telephonetics stopped working. We were paying for a managed system; however, we received no support from this company when the equipment stopped working.We finally canceled with Telephonetics and that's where the harassment started. The cancelation was processed about three years ago, but we are still getting billed for equipment (10+ years old equipment), and now all of a sudden, we are getting hit with renewal billing for the past years. They are trying to bill us for subscription and production!!!2 Stars because while it worked, it was Okay.1 Star, and if I could go lower, I would, for everything else.****!!!Horrible company to deal with!!!USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!You have been warned!
