This company has not sent me my entire order. I ordered a month ago, on July 14, 2023. They only communicate through emails and take days to respond. My invoice is incorrect. I only purchased $115 and my invoice on my account says $229.90. Thats completely wrong. I told them. They wont make a proper invoice. They ship items randomly, no shipping emails, confirmations, or updates sent. They sent me P.E. shirt without the shorts. A uniform store. I ordered a month ago and still waiting on my order. School started last week. This is supposed to be a uniform store? Its very poorly managed. No accuracy, very vague, no customer service phone, this is an awful company.Customer response

Having an abundance of issues with the company, we ordered in July, when it was about 5 days before school, we still had no uniforms. After school is already started we finally receive the shirts and they were the wrong size. Per their size chart a Youth 5 would be a ***, they sent us YXXS and when we contacted them we have gotten no with regards to a resolution. They have no phone number to contact them at all, how convenient, if you email the help desk it takes days for them to get back with you. The email response that I got from **** with regards to the situation only had a resolution to have me take the shirts to the school to exchange as they claimed they had just gotten a shipment of the size we were supposed to have received. **** then gave us a discount for the "inconvenience", but that does nothing for us if we don't have any actual uniforms for our child. Seems they want to dump the problem they created on the school and quickly tell the credit card company they gave us a discount to get their funds back.I called the school and they were super confused with regards to what I had told them that Red Apple said, they said they did not get a shipment and they do not do exchanges for Red Apple Uniforms LLC. I have repeatedly asked via email for someone with Red Apple to call me, that I do not want to email anymore about this as we need a resolution, no one has called me at all. Even the school does not have a phone number for them. I retracted my credit card payment and this was the only thing that got them to email back about this situation. Per the last email when I told them the school does not do exchanges for them nor do they have the size we need, I have yet to hear back from them. My next step will be the ********** of *********** as we are going into a full week of school and absolutely NO UNIFORMS for our son that fit. The company could care less about customers and customer service. They're just collecting everyones money knowing they have contracts with a large group of charter schools. This is very sad. I expect immediately to be contacted Via Phone to resolve this issue and to receive the product we were suppose to receive or attorneys will be involved next. I shouldn't have to run out the day before school started to get a green shirt from Target for my child because this company is incompetent. This company is awful and needs to be investigated.Initial Complaint

Red Apple Uniforms sold us uniform shirts that do not much the size chart. The shirts are about 2 inches too short, thus resulting in my child's abdomen to show when he raises his hands. We purchased 2 separate sizes for each of our child, both came too short and extremely tight, even though we sized up. We have contacted the seller/merchant asking of them to exchanges the shirts out for us, per their cost. They ignored our request and continue to tell us to follow thr policy, however, their policy does not mention exchanges due to incorrect sizing by the merchant himself. I refuse to pay a fee to ship back 6 shirts that the merchant labeled incorrectly. I have proof of the incorrect measurements per these specific sized shirts. I have proof that others, like me, who looked at the size charts, found the sizes to be incorrect. ******** stopped communicating with me on July 12, after I requested a return label. ******** began communications once more once they received a notice from PayPal about me trying to contact the merchant. I'm asking for the merchant to send me a return label and to send me the correct size up uniform shirts for my child. ******** does not offer a real exchange, only refunds.Customer response

Paypal was able to refund me a portion of the order, however, the company itself has not responded to me.
An order got jackets was unfulfilled since July 11th, yet the day I message them to cancel it as the sizes are wrong, they ship it. Still to this day, Red Apple Uniforms has not responded back to me despite any attempt to communicate with them. I now have 2 jackets to return and my concern is that they aren't giving refunds to folks who actually sent in their items.
