Unfortunately, there was a payment issue with your order and the card provided declined after the initial preauthorization; this caused the garments to go on backorder since the items are not guaranteed until we collect payment.
We want to assure you that we never charge for an order until it ships, although you may see a pre-authorization to ensure funds availability.
Your order has been successfully canceled as per your request, and any pre-authorizations will be released within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope for the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
