I regret not doing my research on Uniform Advantage prior to placing an order. Because the only “advantage” you’ll be receiving as a customer is learning to take your business elsewhere. The whole “orders ship within 3-5 business days excluding holidays” should really specify which “3-5 business days” of which day(s) in what month of which year. I’ve received several redundant excuses due to items being out of stock in which they place a hold on the order until you respond, but when you do respond and “said order” is still processing instead of just going ahead and being shipped several more items will be out of stock and then you call and although it states “your wait time is less than 5 minutes” be prepared to kick back on the couch (make sure to bring snacks) because those 5 minutes will move at a snails pace. After all is said and done you will then receive yet another email that states “I know this a bit awkward but…another item in your order is out of stock and your order is placed on hold until we receive a response.” Well no duh Karen because look at the shitshow between time of order being placed to processing, to on and on with the yet again redundant excuses and never receiving your actual order but the money already deducted from your account. May the odds ever be in your favor but I would suggest to take your business elsewhere.Uniform Advantage Response

This business is a ****. If you buy uniforms from them and need to return them (which you will as they are all very cheap materials and you are practically naked), you will be losing at least 20% on top of paying for the shipping return. Just stay away from themUniform Advantage Response

I give this organization no stars. There "buttersoft" fabric is anything but soft. The cut of the scrub top was strange with oversize in the arms and bodice with narrow waist and hips. One seam was coated with dust like it had been sitting on a shelf for a very long time. When I asked for a refund, they wanted shipping for a "defective" item leaving less than a $4 refund. This store is such a scam. I order uniforms for my company. I had to return some of the items, because you can not try them before buying. And the problem with consumer service started... I call two times to fix the problem and nothing got fixed and I ended up being charged extra money! Do not buy from them...Review from Harold H

I wish I could give zero as a score. I ordered uniforms 11/06/2022 that were to be delivered on 11/11/2022. I got an email on 11/11 stating that the ordered was delayed. I tried tracking the package and it just stated on the way. I tried calling customer service who was of no help and now I have zero uniforms to start work on 11/14. They are also unable to tell me when the uniforms will arrive and they are not willing to reimburse me. Save yourselves the headache. Don't order from that company. For context, I have been shopping with this company and spent a lot of money with this company over the last two years. I wear scrub skirts and the only company that offers this length is Buttersoft; the brand is proprietary to UA. I inquired about a restock date for 2 colors that were out and they said that these colors were out and would not be restocked in the future. I purchased the color they had left. My HR stated that this color wasn't a company color so I returned them. The same day HR had made a mistake, it was a company color, but I had already returned them. I reached out to UA the same day and after being on hold and speaking to three people I eventually got someone and she put in a ticket, and let me know they would intercept my returned package and send it back to me. She said it would be a wait and no tracking number with the returned package. I was ok with that and I waited. I got updates that it had been received and that they were getting ready to ship it to me. Some time after that (I am not sure how many days) I received a refund. I have reached out several times per email. They gave me an estimated restock date (which they originally told me these colors would never be back in stock) and offered me a 20% coupon for this excessive and extensive inconvenience (they have been running this sale with this code for a month now. This is not an additional percentage off). After I emailed and communicated more they eventually informed me they restocked the items and they sold out immediately. No one ever contacted me with the opportunity to purchase these items again. Since I was in contact with them extensively they could have looked into it and given me an opportunity to buy them as I had requested from the beginning. I had to find this out after asking for an explanation why I had to wait 2 months for a restock that they stated would never happen. I am so very remorseful for spending money so much money with this company.Review from Lexie E

I ordered in store a pair of scrub pants because they didnt have my size in store. I got my package and instead I got a top. I called them about the issue, and the person who talked to me was very rude about it. I had to come all the way down to the store, and at this point I wanted a refund. They said since I dont have my receipt, I cant do a return, which makes sense. The issue I had was he was looking at me like I was stupid, and still didnt apologize for the mistake. I had to do an exchange, and I couldnt find any scrub pants in my size, so I had to get a smaller size. I usually dont leave reviews, but this was such a bad experience for me.Review from Amanda R

I recommend steering away from a company that lists one price at checkout, but once gaining access to your card, charges more. Visited UA website on 11/30/21 and added a pair of scrubs to my cart and checked out. The scrubs were listed at a sale price. When I checked out and submitted my order, my grand total reflected the advertised sale price. After submitting the order, I reviewed the confirmation email. The email listed that I would be paying more for each item than my checkout total had. When I contacted customer service, I was told the reason I was charged full price is that the sale had ended the day before. No resolution, apology, or attempt to understand why the sale was still active on the site was made. All I can see is that they decided to help themselves to more money than I agreed to. So far I have requested to cancel. They skirted around the request saying orders cannot be cancelled and directed me to their returns process which I can pursue when the items arrive. This could take a long time. I regret doing business with UA and will avoid them in the future.Uniform Advantage Response

As the merchandise had not yet shipped, her card was never charged; the authorization placed on her credit/debit card when she originally finalized her order would have automatically fallen off the card within 5 business days of that cancellation. We have emailed this customer directly to offer our apologies and a discount on a future order, should she decide to give us another opportunity in the future.
