I'm still in the process of getting my Shopify integrated with TopDawg, and I will say that TopDawg has been far more helpful than Shopify. Paul in customer service has been so patient with my e-commerce learning curve and has been there to help whenever I call. A+++ service at a time when it's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and someone on the phone in the US. Refreshing. I wish more platforms would go back to this way of doing business, as customers greatly appreciate it.

I used this company for one month for drop shipping and cancelled my membership the end of that month. I have been charged 2 months now when I downgraded my membership to the free one. Some how my membership keeps being put onto the paid membership even though I changed it TWICE now! This company has some shady business practices for sure!
