Beware of White Aluminum & Windows! We signed a contract for a new carport after Hurricane *** on 3/27/23 after getting an estimate from ** on 2/28/23. At the time we were told 6-8 months from date of contract. This company has lied to us about permits, completion time, the Structural Engineer, getting supplies and dates of completion. WA is now past the 8 months and now tell us it will be January ****. We have given them almost $10,000 they are getting interest on since we gave it to them in 3/23. We have asked for our deposit back to get it completed by someone who can do it sooner and they tell me no. Read my contract. I am warning anyone who thinks of dealing with them. DO NOT! I wouldnt give them the one star if I didnt have to to write this review. We are very skeptical of what the work is going to look like. I should have read the reviews of this shady company before we signed the contract.Review from kenneth s

An unqualified rep priced my cage repair at $4,500. After 54 ******************* indicated it May be a rebuild. I was strung along without communication, when I asked them, can you repair the cage per the contract. No answer ensued, but, they sent copies of Engineering drawings of a complete cage. No mention or calculations of the single 8" beam per contract. They were basic computer file templates. The legend appeared to have my name and address cut and pasted into it. Fed up, we asked for a refund. Theyre clever creating emails backing up they're position without discussing anything with us. They took it upon themselves to change the contract action, going forward with a position of additional Engineering. I've seen 2 other complaints that are equivalent to mine.Review from Tim S

I signed and sent a contract and deposit for a enclosed patio on 11/16/21. I was told if i signed the contract and paid, the price would be locked in. On December 1st 2021 i called the salesman and he notified me there was a mistake and it will be $2900 more. I signed and sent the contract via email the same day i received it and put the check in the mail that night. I was told by the sales representative that once i signed the contract the price would be locked in as they will be able to order the material. The federal govt created laws to stop the bait and switch practice years ago and while the govt may not intend on enforcing these laws, i think consumers should know when a business employes shady practices at best. I paid another guy to install a footer and put pavers in for the enclosure. So i will not be able to permit and complete the entire job at the same time, causing further expense and aggravation.
