09/22/2021 was going to send missing parts I paid the dealership Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram an amount of $1,608.73 for the needed parts missing. I was told by Nico M. owner of F.A.S. Motorsports he would fulfill the missing parts and they never arrived. Didn't return my calls, didn't send for a shipper to pick up his incomplete parts sold to me so I can obtain a refund. Now the vehicle is in the dealership with what is a damaged Supercharger of $7,000.00 and Nico said he had inspected it and he didn't sell junk yet when I received it incomplete he told me it was a core exchange. I didn't purchase a core exchange as I purchased a good inspected item (Supercharger) that was inspected by FAS Motorsports. I expected better I am not the only person to now complaint about his services and his business practices.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/13) */ Items that were ordered by the customer where done and sent as they were suppose to be. The customer "assumed" he would receive extra parts that were not included. We offered to help and send parts but customer refused. The supercharger that was ordered was sent just like all others we send and have always sent. We have tired to resolve and had no luck.
