Have taken over $12000 in my clients money and won't give him the products he paid for. Won't even provide a photo. Total scammer

Not responsive to text or phone messages.They have had my jet ski for over 9 months to do a job quoted at 30 hours. I was told (mid-January) it would take 3 weeks. Still waiting!!!!!Promises, promises - so many excuses but nothing getting done. Dont know how many times Ive been told, Your next to be worked on So sad they do business like this.All I want is the jet ski done!!!!

Met with the owner, Michael. Very accommodating. The estimate was to replace a rotting wall on my boat. The whole wall. I live on my boat. $3300. I paid over half down. He said the work would take 3 days. They can start Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. No call, no show. Finally got a hold of him the next day. Got two different stories. One was the employee does side work. Next story was they were hung up on a big insurance job. Reschedule for the following week. They work a couple hours. Remove the ladder & 1 rail. Then don't come back that week. Next week, do partial demo. Completely tarp off my entrance. I have to cut my way in. Don't come back that week. Come for a couple days the next week. They tell my neighbor they can't do the whole wall because of the headliner. (Never told me) They come back the following week (3 weeks now) and put up plywood. Couple days later they put up the paneling. They come back on Friday and put a coat of stain on. They come back Tuesday and put on more stain and poly. At the same time they are gel coating the outside. I questioned the gel coat and the panels not being done in wood. I was told we agreed on gel coat & not doing the panels. That would cost extra. That was a lie. They crew left wood chips screws & trash all inside my boat. Never covered anything. They left my fridge and battery charger unplugged, Had to throw out all my food. Window in door is crooked. Poly is rough & bubbly. Gel coat is uneven. Cut one board to short & and tried to hide with caulk. Wednesday I said I had enough. Been a month. Wanted it done this week. Owner said ok. They didn't show up to work Thursday. I fired them. Poor quality, owner consistently lied to me and very combative. Told him they couldn't come back. His crew showed up 3 days later, while I was a work, to steal the door. (knowing I have a cat living there) Marina would not let them in. They are shady, do poor quality & dishonest. Now threatening with a lien & judgement.
