This is the worst car wash in the world with out a doubt. My car came out worse than when it went in. I paid $54.00 for their best wash. They scratched my car in so many places as if who ever wiped down my car had rings and bracelets on. The windows and mirrors were still dirty. There was still road dust all over my car. The woman manager with blonde hair who seemed to be intoxicated gave me a hard time and when I told her I wanted my money back she cursed at me and told me that I'm not getting my money back. What I told her I was going to file a better Business report against the car wash and against her she cursed me out. And she never finished wiping down my car and I paid $54 for a uncleanned car. This is why I go to Johnny's car wash because they are very thorough and they are much cheaper and do much more for the money that I pay. Inside the store they have an ad showing for $34 that they do all of this detailed work including adding a ceramic protection on the vehicle. I paid $54 and none of that was done. The manager was very unprofessional and rude and she even stepped on my girlfriend's foot.

I apologize the customer was unhappy with their wash. We would be happy to look into the quality of the wash as well as investigate the customers statement regarding our employees interaction with the customer.

If the customer can provide a receipt of their service it is possible we will be able to view their visit via our multiple cameras. If a receipt is not available, the date, approximate time of visit, the year, make, model and color of the vehicle would also be helpful.
