My son had an appointment to have a check up done due to his tooth hurting him bad, we went to the appointment, they looked at his teeth and said they need to pull the two bottom teeth, I understood and figured that was needed. They wanted to schedule my son's appointment three months out, this little boy is 5 years old and doesn't understand pain, he couldn't eat for days, he could only eat solid foods, i finally called over and over again to request for an earlier appointment, they finally gave me an appointment. I had left work early just to take my son to this appointment, the called an hour before the appointment to tell me they pushed the appointment back to an hour and 30 minutes after his appointment. We went and sat there for 2 hours before my son got called into the room, which he is 5 years old and they will not let parents go back with their child. They also informed me that they only had time to pull one tooth not both like they said when the appointment was scheduled. 30 minutes go by and they called me back there to tell me that my son would not let them pull his teeth, and the ***************************** was very rude and said I am not going to do it if he wont let me. Better yet, you want both of them gone? come back tomorrow morning at 9:15am and we will strap him down and pull both of them. It through me off horribly. but we left and went back the next morning as we sat there again for another two hours. I finally went back there and talked to the desk lady and asked what the wait was because everyone that was Mexican was being called back but us. (We were the only white family there) The lady kept saying we had an emergency extraction. time went by as we were there for hours and nothing being done, we finally just got up and left. They said my appointment was broken so I guarantee you that they billed my insurance for this. This place needs to be looked into. This is very bad business to favorite Hispanics over anyone else.
