      I was referred to Happy smiles in me of 2024 I went in for a partial denture but they informed me did my teeth needed pulling so they pulled all of my bottom teeth in a few of the top ones they informed me I will have dentures in about 3 to 4 weeks fast forward to September I went in tried on the ones that they made for me it was too big the other ones for the bottom was way too big they told me to come back in November I went back November the 17th I saw a note on the door three days to pay rent I called them to inform them of that note they told me no that was not for them fast forward to December still no dentures here it is almost a year and I still don't have dentures and all three dentists are putting in the same claim so they can get paid when one dentist is the only one that did the job upon further research I found out that they have offices all over ******* and these people are scammers they came here with an agenda and you're making the money and the customers are left holding the bag

      The dentist removed all of my moms teeth & provided her with dentures. The dentures do not fit her mouth whatsoever. She can not eat, chew or talk with them in her mouth. I have reached out to their office manager *********************** months ago who assured me this issue would be resolved before the ************ have a recording of her admitting the teeth were horrible & that she told the dentist that they were not correct, but they still gave them to my mom to ******** for now. It has been over 5 ************* are ignoring calls & not communicating about this matter. I have spoke with their corporate manager *****, who was very rude & combative about the situation. None of them are returning our calls. I am considering filing a lawsuit in the event this isnt remedied ASAP!

      Hola mi nombre ***************************** en marzo 2023 tuve una ciruga donde me retiraron mis dientes de arriba por**e el doctor ******* me dijo **e **** una infeccin yo acced por**e confi en ellos despus de mi ciruga me dieron los dientes temporales donde **** de muchas peladuras en mi boca fui a una cita donde haba serrado la clnica me pareci muy extrao pero bueno espere a la otra cita donde no vi *********** pregunt donde me dicen **e no haba nadie de ellos ya en *** clnica no me dijeron nada *** estoy sufriendo con un hueso **e me ha salido en la **** dolor en mi **** no terminan de arreglarme mis dientes he llamado y mandado mensajes al dueo por**e un doctor ** hay ah dice **e l no se responsabiliza por algo **e no hizo , mi seguro le pago a ellos han acabado con mi boca y no tengo ******* hace ya 6 meses y no me han arreglado nada ***** *** operacin estoy sufriendo de *************************** de cabeza slo **iero saber donde me debo dirigir para este problema por**e en *** clnica no me dan ******* solo trabajan para agarrar el dinero y **e despus pase lo **e pase estoy dispuesta a ir a hasta las ltimas consecuencias estoy pagando $5.000 por gusto adems me han dicho ah dentro **e haga la denuncia por**e ya he esperado mucho tiempo espero alguien me responda por favor ah les dejo con pruebas **e me he comunicado con el dueo de la clnica y hasta ahora sigo con el mismo problema

      I've started my services with Happy Smiles Dental Fort Myers in December 2020 to get dentures put in . I go to every appointment and also did all procedures. Here it i a year later I still have no dentures they give me the run around every two months they bill my insurance but I still have no teeth. Their customer services is horrible they don't return calls and they set appointments and when I get there they sometimes reschedule. There's no way this process should take a year. They recently called and stated they need to redo the teeth again which will be in January 2022! They are unprofessional the staff at desk hangs up and gives you rude behavior when asking why is it that my dentures not complete. I've been without teeth for a Full Year . This definitely something wrong with this company.

SHE THEN HAD THREE APPOINTMENTS 12/2/20, 1/25/21, 3/8/21 FOE HER EXTRACTIONS. WE ONLY TAKE SO MANY TEETH OUT AT A TIME. ON 10/2/21 SHE HAD HER IMPRESSIONS FOR DENTURES AND BITE REGISTRATION, WHICH GETS SENT TO THE LAB, WE DO NOT DO DENTURES AT OUR OFFICE. IT TAKES 3 WEEKS OR SO TO GET THEM BACK, THEN THE PT CAME BACK FOR THE NEXT STEP WHICH IS WAX TRY IN, WHICH GETS SENT OUT AGAIN FOR THREE WEEKS, PT CAME BACK ON 12/9/21 FOR HER WAX TRY IN, WHICH IS THE LAST STEP OF THE PROCESS. LABS ARE CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS SO THAT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. WE HAD HER COME IN ON 1/27/22 FOR THE DELIVERY OF HER DENTURES. THEY NEED TO FIT BETTER SO SHE CAME BACK IN ON 2/1/22 FOR AN ADJUSTMENT. SHE SAT THERE WITH ANOTHER WOMAN AND WAS TALKING ABOUT US THE WHOLE TIME. DENTURES COME WRAPPED UP FROM THE LAB IN A ZIPLOCK BAG. WE LEAVE THEM IN THERE UNTIL THE PT GOES BACK TO SEE THE DR. THEY PROCEDE TO CLEAN THEM BEFORE THEY GO INTO THE PATIENTS MOUTH. SHE WAS SITTING THERE CALLING US SHADY, BUT BEING NICE TO US NOT KNOWING WE HEARD HER REMARKS. THIS PT COMPLAINED THROUGH EVERY PROCEDURE THAT WE DID DOR HER.

      Hello so I went to Happy Smiles of Fort Myers to get a basic cleaning rather than a deep cleaning that the dentist "diagnosed" me that I needed it. They sent a pre- auth to my insurance and my insurance deemed not necessary that the procedure be done. They denied it and will not cover it so i said ok ill just get a basic cleaning. I reschedule my appointment for a basic cleaning with the call center. I showed up to my appointed to find out that i still needed to pay for a deep cleaning even though my appointment was for a basic cleaning. The front desk staff I believe her name is DINNA and a few others I did not get their name was very unprofessional as well as the hygienist named MARIA. They were going back and forth raising their voices because I asked if i could refuse it they said no. I told them my insurance does not cover it and asked for basic cleaning, they no " its like brushing your teeth". If my insurance deems it not necessary why are they overriding it and forcing it.

      Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/09/06) */ THIS PT AND HER MOTHER CAME into our office on THURSDAY AUG 26, 21. for a cleaning. When patient showed up our staff including Dr explained that she can't get a basic cleaning but rather an SRP. An SRP is a deeper type of cleaning. She was then provided with her TREATMENT PLAN AND CONCENT FORM . Patient on the other hand advised she just wants a basic cleaning. Again we explained that if Doctor and hygienist said she needs an SRP they can't compromise there license and patient health because of patients Insurance coverage. Patient and her mother decided to scream and and yell at everyone. The patient acted unprofessionally and would rather put her health in jeopardy because of her personal dental beliefs.
