      On June 30th this company came to my house where my tenant lives claiming they had a big deal. When they arrived they called and said that the price increased from $70 to $350 because they had to climb the roof. It seemed reasonable as I have a high roof but the dryer vent is still clogged and my tenant is saying that they never even climbed the roof to unclog the pipe! Total scam.

      The technician was out here for 15 minutes, and only did five minutes of work. Our dryer was not functioning well after the service. We had to open up our dryer vent/hose from our dryer to the wall inside the house and saw that your technician pushed a lot of lint back towards our dryer. We had to buy equipment to clean out the hose and vent. I told the dryer technician that we have a long vent, with a 90 drop to get to our Dryer. He assured me he cleaned everything all the way out. He was dishonest. I am worried about my dryer performance now since the technician pushed a lot of lint into our hose that goes directly to our dryer. Also, this was a bait and switch. Price online was significantly lower than price charged. Plus paying technician directly seems dishonest and should be reported.

      Price for dryer vent cleaning advertised online as $69. Professional answering service scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the company called and rescheduled 3 times until the end of day. Technician started quoting additional prices for issues that couldn't be confirmed, totaling over $400 in fees. When they were sent away, the "manager" called and said they would do the work for $170. I'm not sure if the vent is safe or not given the customer complaints on ********************. He asked for cash for services but didn't have cash to make change so when a charge card was used a credit card processing fee was added. Many red flags but I was too busy to focus on how absurd the process was.

      We used this company over this past weekend and it was a nightmare! First and foremost, the technician arrived and immediately explained all quotes given over the phone were just a "base price" and if there was more work needed, the cost would go up from there. After a very quick walkthrough of the home he informed us there was a little bit of mold growing inside the ** unit and recommended installing a UV light that would cost over $600. We originally called them to clean out our ** ducts and the dryer vents as we've had some issues with the dryer taking multiple cycles and a burning smell. He informed us there was no need to clean out the ** vents as they looked good. He started cleaning out the dryer vent and seemed to have an attitude, the whole process took about 20 minutes tops. He explained they do not accept cards for payment and requested cash, zelle or a check. After he left we ran the **** and there was lint and hair all over the floor! We pulled the machine out and the whole line was not re-attached nor was it cleaned out as shown in the pictures. We called to request a refund or to have someone else come and actually complete the work that was paid for and the tech started arguing with us. The fact that they do not accept credit cards as a business is a red flag on top of the fact that they argued with a paying customer when we sent them pictures of all the issues we found not even an hour after they left. Now the company is not answering any calls or contact request forms from their website even though they claim to have a money back guarantee!

      3/18/2024 False Advertisement Today, I encountered a situation regarding false advertising from your company. Initially, I was attracted by the advertised price of $69 for dryer vent duct cleaning and promptly scheduled an appointment for today. During a phone conversation with a representative, I reiterated the $69 price, which was confirmed. However, upon the technician's arrival, I was informed that the service would actually cost $580. Despite the technician's offer of a 20% discount, I declined. He asked to pay him $69. Then he said, $30. I reluctantly paid the $30 via Zelle, but upon reflection, I am now requesting a refund of the amount paid.

      I was taken advantage of Your price for cleaning was advertised as $69.00 and when the rep from your company came out the price all of the sudden went fron $69.00 to $179.00 to $230.00 for a general cleaning! This is false advertisement that does not state any additional fees will be charged for cleaning. I advised ******* why am I paying this much? Your website clearly states $69.00 I was forced to pay $179.00 VIA zelle so your employee would leave my house. See the pictures, he did not even pick up the **ttle pile of ** t from the dryer vent nor did he clean the outside vent because thar price was fluctuating from $100.00-200.00. Extremely deceitful business practices.

      I had hired this company to clean out my Dryer Vent. When the technician came, he did not use the proper tools necessary to clean out the vents. Due to this, he cause a major clogtage since he pushed all the Lint up the dryer vent instead of sucking it out. Once he left, my dryer stopped drying so I had to diagnose the problem myself which is when I came across the clogged vent. (The dryer was working fine before the technician came) After I had found the clogged vents, I had to unclog them myself to prevent fires and damage to my dryer. I had tried to contact the company on multiple occasions but was not able to reach them since the "dispatcher" keeps telling me that their complaints department will reach out to me within 24 hours but never does. I want a refund of the entire balance since I never received the service that paid for. Especially considering that is says on their website that they will guarantee 100% money back if not satisfied.
