Like others reported this company tells you dryer vent cleaning will be $69. Then he tried to charge me $599 because it was on 2nd floor. Then he said $300 but would only take cash, no check or credit card! He left with the dryer vent hose disconnected from the dryer vent and damaged, and company wont do anything. This was a brand new dryer and dryer vent hose that was installed correctly and when run first time alerted us to the clogged vent. He came the next day and ruined the brand new dryer vent hose and so far the company is not taking responsibility. It appears he did not really clean the vent either and just left the hose disconnected and damaged. I asked he come at 2 pm, he showed up at 12:30 pm during a work meeting and I could not watch what he was doing. He pushed the dryer back in place so I could not see that he didnt reconnect the dryer vent hose. Then I ran the dryer and immediately felt a lot of hot air blowing up from behind the dryer! This company is a scam as others noted, bait and switch by quoting $69 plus doing terrible job and leaving things in worse condition and charging $300 (attempted to charge $599!) Stay away from them.

I used the ******* location of this company on 5/12/2024. They inspected the vent and told me the vent cover on the house did not meet code. I agreed to have it fixed at what I believe to be a grossly inflated price. What I did not agree to was the damage the techs did to my landscaping while backing out of the driveway. They flattened a house number sign, broke a sprinkler head, damaged a **** and broke the limestone block that edged the bed. I contacted them on 5/13/2024 to resolve the issue and was told I would hear back from them in 24 to 48 hours. I contacted them today, a week later, and was told I would hear back from them in 24 hours. I will be surprised if I hear back from them. I do not recommend them and would advise you to find a different company.************

They also go by Clean ********** cleaning, I got the dryer vent cleaning for $69, they don't clean the duct pipe that extra, they don't clean the dryer vent that's extra. A young girl cane with a shop vac, in her personal car and no identifying uniform or name, they want the check made out to a different company - ******* LLC not the website name. I do not recommend.

Hired them in Colorado. $69 turned to $420. Broke the duct while cleaning. Has fake Google, BBB, and Yelp 5 star ratings on website. Complete scam. Took a landscaping rock out of my yard and duct taped it to my duct as support.

This company states 100 % guaranteed but this is not true. The tec came into our home, dropped a drill from the top of a latter onto our brand new vinyl flooring and left a dent. When he attached the vac to our ceiling vent he gouged a 10 inch gouge in our new ceiling panels. We have made several calls to the company number and got an answering service that tells us someone will call us back. They have never attempted to contact us. This company is to be avoided at all cost!!

The ad tricks you in for $69 and then charges $250 once they get there, much more than average deep cleaning. They supposed to come to clean a week ago at 8: am on Sunday. We got up early and waited to 8 am and no one came. Called up and told it would be b/w 8 to 10. At about 9:30 the technician called that he could not come. If it were the first time, I would let the technician go, but I can't let my tenants wait the third time, so I had to let him do the job even I was told it was $250. As soon as I asked the technician to start the job, I called office to see if I could get a discount. The office said no and hung up on me. That's why I'm saying: they use $69 to trick you in and probably always end up charge you $250!
