    I purchased a children's watch and monthly service from this company three years ago. I cancelled service after approx 7 months as the service was not as advertised. This was over two years ago. On January 10th, 2025 the company made two charges for $508.96, with no explanation. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company (phone number goes to an automated message instructing inquiries to be sent to an email, with no response). I have attempted to dispute with the credit card company but have no guarantee of my funds being returned.

    I bought the iGps Wizard Watch for my son back in September 2019. We had used it for about a year and then the watch broke. I had emailed about canceling our service because we decided to get him a cell phone instead. I was emailed back that the service was cancelled. I just realized Ive been being charged for the last three years the monthly service fee of $16.99. *** tried over and over calling the number they have on their website and emailing the given address and have gotten no replies.

    I have purchased two watches that do not work and i have tried calling and emailing the company with no response for over two weeks now. I have paid over $100 for these watches that do not work and awful customer service. I feel like this company is partaking in fraudulent behavior and scamming people out of their money.

    IGPS phoenix watch $129 plus $14.99 monthly service fee (14 calendar day return policy) Shipped on 6/14/22. Limited availability of tech support (M-F 9a-2p) & no ability to stay on hold (must leave a message) makes it impossible to accomplish device set up, learning how to use & troubleshooting in given time frame. Website also claims to confirm service in your geographical location before allowing a purchase. Unfortunately device does not track in real time as they claim. I purchased it so I could track my 81 yr old dad with mid stage dementia when he wanders away from his neighborhood (never further than 1-2 miles from his home). Unfortunately it does not work as they claimed, there was always a 25-30min delay in tracking him so it absolutely was NOT tracking him in real-time as they claimed, no matter what we did. By the time we were able to confirm this it was 2days past the trial period so I was told no refund. Asked to talk to manager & was told to email ***************************** (owner) no calls allowed. Emailed him in extreme detail & never answered. Emailed again & he obviously didnt read my original email, just referred me back to tech support. I explained I already did that & just want to send watch back for a refund & so he said hed look into it. Another week no answer. I reach out again & he says no refund because Im over 14days. I have all correspondence.

    I have emailed iGPS Support for my daughters iGPS watch to be repaired. Whilst awaiting repairs we still are charged for the monthly service fee. Nevertheless, I have USPS tracking which shows the retuned watch to be repaired was delivered June 8th at 16:33. I emailed when that was over a week and have still not received my daughters watch or a response.
