      I contracted with this business on 1/5/24 for 2 Botox ** treatments. They assured me this was covered by their intimacy guarantee as this was expensive and did not always provide results. They also sold me on purchasing the 2nd treatment at the same time as it would be cheaper and if for any reason I did not go ahead with the second treatment they would provide $1,400 refund. Unfortunately, the treat had no impact. I was eventually provided the name of ******* as the person I need to speak with to receive any refund. I have been calling once or twice a week trying to contact him with no success. The person answering the phone at Ft Myers location felt bad for me calling so often without a response, they finally told me he is normally in their ********** location and provided me with that phone number. I have now also been calling that number without ever reaching him. I have been calling for over 30 days with NO RESPONSE.

      I visited the Ft. MYERS MENS CLINIC in mid July and again a week or so later with more questions.On the 2nd visit ** was no longer there and had been replaced by *****. The other consultant, *** and someone referred to as the **ucator were the same. I elected to undergo the 12 visit, acoustic wave therapy. it was implied by all as well as the "INTIMACY GUARANTEE" sign on the wall, that procedures were guaranteed. It did NOTHING. I visited with ***** and expressed my dissatisfaction. He said he would speak to his boss and called a week later to offer another round of treatments which I declined. I asked for at minimum , a partial refund. His reply was thar I would have to speak to "*******" but would not give any contact information. the date of payment was 7/20/2023.

      The contract went for 18 months. During this time period one is to receive generic viagra pills up to 30 per month. What they do not tell you is that you must pick up the pills every month. If you do not pick them up you forfeit that monthly supply. It is their policy not to give you more than thirty per month but require full payment in advance for the entire 18 month period. This monthly policy is not disclosed. I would suggest to anyone not to use their services and go to a urologist

      Upon review of this patient's chart, Mr. ****** came to the clinic for his initial consultation on 11/15/2021. During this consultation, he discussed his symptoms with our provider who informed him of the multiple treatment pathways available. The treatment pathway chosen by the patient was sublingual medication. The patient was given a number of different treatment plans to choose from so that he could choose the one best suitable for his lifestyle, during this process the patient elected to purchase a treatment plan that was presented and explained to him in detail. The patient signed paperwork clearly stating his plan outlines and was given a copy for his own records. The patient has picked medication as recently as 5/12/2023. We encourage the patient to return to the clinic to discuss his options moving forward for continued care.

      On 07 Feb 23 I discussed with the provider my medical issues He felt they would be successful with medication or their pen pal treatment and suggested starting with medication and they would send me home with some samples to try. There closer came into the room and presented me with some treatment options the cheapest of which was for a 6 month supply of medicine at a cost of $2,289.00. Purchasing just the sample medicine was not a option. I was leery but they assured me they had a guarantee for a refund if it didnt work and they also assured me that going to the pen pal system if necessary would not incur additional costs. I trusted their guarantee and paid the funds That day they sent me home with sublingual medication for ******, Cialis and Levitra i they werent successful.Between 17 Feb and 6 Mar I was at the clinic 4 times for pen pal injections each one was supposed to be more powerful than the previous. The shots were not succesful On Mar 6th they sent me home with two samples that they claimed were nuclear versions of the medication. They caused extreme pain so that I couldnt touch my p**** and it lasted about 5 hours.and there was no improvement to p**** size from the previous 4 injections. On Mar 20, the clinician wanted to try a different combination of chemicals. He could not guarantee It would be pain free nor a greater chance of success for an erection. I met the office manager told her I couldnt continue treatments because of the lack of success and possibility of another painful session. I wanted to invoke the guarantee of refund they promised. She advised they needed to exhaust all treatment options to invoke the guarantee. I told her thats not what I was told at sign up. She advised that she would have to contact the Doctor, called and left her messages on 22,23 Mar no response They make some change to the formula and keep going making it nearly impossible to ever collect on their guarantee Caution with this firm

      We are happy to talk through the issues you feel you have experienced at the Fort Myers Men's Clinic.  

      The first part we would like to acknowledge is what occurred in your initial visit. All new patients, after speaking with the provider and discussing the best treatment plan, are presented with the options available to them. We do in fact, when patients are not comfortable, offer them a starter pack to explore from the comfort of their own home which sublingual offer is best suited for them.  We do not do any hard selling for patients, and when discussing options ensure that all necessary time is taken to speak through cost, dosage, and all plan details. As our sublingual and penpal plans are the same cost, if sublinguals for any reason do not work for a patient we will explore other options with penpal therapy ( if the patient so chooses.) We have at no time held a money back guarantee for sublingual plans.  In our dispensing log we see that you let the visit with 3 types of medication to determine which you wanted to continue with. 

      After your first visit , we see in our records that you had called in to inform us that the subs were not working and you would like to explore the penpal therapy.  With this we administer an initial test dose in office to monitor the reaction. As you stated there were 4 visits where we made adjustments to medications for you. We understand each patient is different in how they respond to medication. There are over 300 different combinations for penpal therapy injcections - with that, we offer adjustments as often as needed to ensure we find the best dosage for each specific patient. On your last visit in our provider explained this to you, and discussed how he would like to make an adjustment to focus on addressing you areas of concern with sensitivity to touch and prolonged erection.  You stated that you did not want to continue any additional therapy,

      At that point you met with our office manager. She informed you that we do not hold a money back guarantee for our injection and sublingual plan, and that after speaking to the provider on staff was informed there were still avenues to address your specific concerns with your erection, specifically to assist with he sensitivity issue. You declined what she offered and insisted you were promised a money back guarantee. She stated she would double check with the provider, however the protocol is to explore all medical options before any refund is discussed.  She left a voicemail responding back to your cal from the 23, but did not hear back after that. 

      While we understand your frustrations in this process, and apologize that we were unable to continue working together to assist you in obtaining and maintaining an erection, we do wish you all the best. Our offices prides itself on maintaining an upfront and transparent approach to patient care, and ensuring we do everything in our power to allow our patients to experience the intimacy they are hoping for. If at any point in the future you wished to return and continue this course of treatment we would be happy to work with you again.

      In the fourth paragraph of the response you indicated that PenPal therapy is not subject to a money back guarantee.   That is contrary to what your web site says, signage in your office says and what your staff members told us.  

      After the four unsuccessful office visits I was sent home with what your clinician said was the nuclear version of the injection.   They caused extreme pain so that I couldnt touch my p**** and it lasted about 5 hours.   There was also no improvement to p**** size from the previous 4 injections.

      On the final visit your clinician wanted to make some adjustments but could not guarantee I wouldnt have another painful reaction.   It was my decision not to continue on because of the lack of improvement towards a penetrable erection and the fact I could not take that kind of pain again.

      The first time I became aware of there being over 300 variants of the pen pal therapy was in your written response to my complaint.   At a shot every two days that would amount to nearly a two year program of injections to find something that works.

      I spent nearly $2300 in search of a medical solution to my ** with nothing to show for it.   So I still stand by my original comment that Extreme caution should be exercised when dealing with this organization.

I had to order them each month AND pay shipping , when i placed my first order i was told months that i did not order were lost, Tried to place my July order and Just found out it was a 6 month supply so they could not send any more !! So I paid around $1800 for 1 month of ** meds !!! Rip off, Scam.

      Upon reviewing this patient's chart, the patient came in for his initial appointment on 01/19/2022. At this time, the patient had a consultation with our provider and discussed all the treatment options available to resolve his symptoms. At the conclusion of the consultation with the provider, the patient was presented with the different treatment plans available so he could select one best suited for his lifestyle. Once presented, the patient selected a treatment plan at a duration of 6 months. This information was verbally conveyed to the patient as well as in writing on his receipt which he signed and was given a copy of. While the patients plan has come to an end, finding a beneficial outcome for both parties is our highest priority. Therefore, we encourage the patient to return to the clinic to discuss options available moving forward.

      3/25/2022 Transaction date. $3098. This was for testosterone replacement therapy for 2 years, with weekly injections. When I received one injection and at that the time asked about Anastrozole which is given to keep estrogen levels down in men during testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I was also to be given HCG which is given to ensure if I ever stop TRT testicles still can produce testosterone. I was told they would provide me it but it was another 3000$. I have requested I be refunded the remainder of the money for the services I had not received and stop my treatment. They refused. I am stuck either paying 3000$ more to get the proper treatment or eat $3000 (minus the cost for one week of treatment) for services I never received

During this consultation, he met with our provider to discuss his symptoms and issues. During this visit, he discussed the number of different treatment options available. The patient elected to purchase a treatment plan and receive lab work that day. The patient came back into the clinic after receiving the results of his lab work to receive his first treatment on April 1st, 2022. During this visit, he expressed interest in adding another treatment method to his plan at which point we discussed the additional cost that would be added to his plan. This additional cost was presented to him at a discounted rate, not the amount stated previously by the patient. We have made multiple offers to the patient to adjust his plan based on the amount he has already spent to accommodate his requests. We have made multiple attempts to have further conversations with the patient but have been unsuccessful. We encourage the patient to reach out and continue his successful and needed care with us. I would be willing to take 2900$ refund I do not want to continue with their misleading services

      I purchased a product from this clinic yesterday 02/21/22, and it was defective I called this morning at 9am and was told the manager would call me back as he was not in as of yet, and at 932am he called me back and I was told that the product I had purchased was not covered by a warranty and he accused me of breaking the product. I had just opened the product and as soon as I tried it for the first time it malfunctioned, this is a replacement of the same product I had been using for a few months already so I am familiar with its use and care, and which I had to purchase for 150.00 USD, in addition I was told to use the product until my next appointment in April. I am extremely dissatisfied with this treatment and service. I use the product twice a day and have done so for the last 3 months, and I was told I need to continue to use it until my next appointment. In addition I paid an additional 1000.00USD for the last treatment in April and I'm not sure I want to do business with them anymore, they were very nice until I had this issue. Do I have any recourse at all. And will I have to buy an additional product to finish my treatment till April, it seems like I'm being taken advantage of , please assist me in this situation.

      your staff may be able to help me in the following situation: I have ED (Erectile Dysfunction) and, in Dec. I contacted the Fort Myers Men's Clinic. They advertise on-line and perhaps elsewhere that they will fix this issue. I went for an appointment, and they assured me they could help me with an injection. I was given a shot in my ***** by a Doctor Morgan. The doctor told me to walk around for 10 minutes to give the medicine time to work. Someone else came into the room who told me that this would give me 30 minutes of pain free erection. He also told me they guaranteed results. I mentioned that I had some significant pain with this first application. He assured me they were making up a special treatment for me and that it would be fine. He then offered me plans for the treatment, he suggested I buy the one-year plan at $2,149. I was assured that this would work and there was a guarantee. I signed, what I believed to be a purchase agreement for supplies. I left the office with two, initial injections in a kit with instructions on how to inject myself. I was never told I was signing a contract. The pain from the office injection lasted a full 6 hours and left me unable to function normally. But I hoped that their new formulation, given to me in the kit would work as promised. Two days later I told my wife we were going to use my new treatment. I gave myself the injection and again there was no noticeable erection, and I had another 6 hours of excruciating pain. The very next day I went back to the clinic and told them of my painful second experience, namely the significant, enduring pain as well as other side effects. I told them that I could not continue with the treatment after the two awful two experiences I had. The nurse there said this was nothing he could handle, and he sent in someone else. This new person said I had a contract, which I could not cancel. He said a letter from a doctor with a medical reason was the only way to be released.
