A few weeks ago, I spent nearly $300 on "100% pure beeswax" from this company. It arrived and immediately I could tell that it was not pure beeswax as it smelled of plastic, chemicals, and fragrances. There was absolutely no beeswax smell, it smells like it is mixed with other waxes, plastics, and chemicals, and this product is not at all what was advertised. It is completely unusable to **** reached out to the business using their phone number. The line just keeps ringing and then there is no option to leave a message. I have tried calling multiple times on multiple different days and received no answer and no response. I have reached out to their email twice and have not received any response.This business sold me a product that was not at all what I paid for and refuses to respond to any of my attempts to get in contact with them.Initial Complaint

My order was placed on Jan 6, shipped on Jan 8, received by me Jan 30. My package was obviously damaged in transit and the **** did their best to rewrap and deliver my package. All attempts to contact Mary Tylor Naturals have been ignored. I reached out to them via email on Jan 31 as well as the following days. I spent $30 on the bottle of lavender essential oil that leaked all over my package. All I would like is a replacement OR a refund.Business response

I apologize for not responding to your complaint sooner, I know you had a problem with the lavender oil and I apologize for the inconvenience. At this moment I'm processing a refund for the amount that you pay for the oil.
