      We hired the above company to repair damages from a water leak at ***********************. For the most part we were satisfied with the work that was performed. Toward the end of the project, I kept texting the project manager, *********************************, to find out when someone would be back to complete the work and he finally replied "I don't have the resources, and you have not been billed for out of scope work. The items that were part of the contract are as follows,1 a/c was supposed to have a solution put in for a clean out due to work that was performed inside the home 2 windows were not cleaned inside and out and tracks were still dirty 3 laundry room cabinets were not painted white underneath and clothes bar not installed 4 crown molding not done correctly from the start and ****** said it was on them 5 globe on lamp broken that was from the master bedroom not replaced, lamp had to be thrown away.We still owe them $27,543 and I am planning on sending them a check for $26,000.00. I am deducting what I feel is necessary for work that was not completed

      I hired FP Restoration to complete Hurricane *** repairs to my home. After 4 months, ** abandoned my project leaving work incomplete and a huge mess in my house and despite several requests over the last 5 weeks, has not returned my personal property they put in storage. I sent a letter to the president of the company requesting clean up of property and return of belongings but received no response.I am going to incur a lot of extra costs to complete the repairs and I dont have the money to spend on an attorney to get my furniture and belongings back. If you could get them to return my belongings, I would greatly appreciate it.

      Tell us why here...Project had multiple stages which all have their own varying timelines. From initial mitigation efforts, demolition, cleaning, and reconstruction all of which takes time to coordinate. FP did not abandon the project and has been communicative about timelines and procedures every time its asked. 
      Direct lines of communication to the contents contractor have been established as well as the request to process said contents. 
      We have supplied every contact, schedule, as well as made exceptions for all revisions requested. The only delay was a hold placed by the homeowner in reference to their own internal financial review.

      FP Property damaged 3 slabs of concrete in our driveway in July of 2022. We have waited for all most a year to have it repaired. I made several phones calls, several of which I was never contacted back by any manager. I sent e-mails with no response. Was able to get 2 estimates for repair work, with no acknowledgement on their part. I was able to get the repair work done, which cost me $4500.00. The damage was done by their *********** feel I should be paid for the damages. When their company was done with the water damage repai to our home, I immediately sent FP Property the insurance check and also our deductible. They were aware of the damages and stated they were responsible and would take care of the damages. I think we have been very patient and they need to be held accountable.

      The research is that this was a repair- not a new driveway. Repairs of driveways do not exceed $1,000- in this case we are saying that 75% of the driveway was ruined?

      I am rejecting this response because:  This is ridiculous  !!!!     What a horrible company this is !!!    PK and ***************************** saw the damages, they even said they were responsible.    PK also told State Farm that they were responsible for the damages and would come good for it, if they had repaired the driveway in the beginning, we would not be going thru this.    We did not replace 75% of the driveway, it was 3 slabs that were broken and cracked by their truck.  I didn't even include the slab at the end of the street that cracked all the way to the street.   Also, our driveway has 10 slabs of concrete and only 3 had to be replaced, how does this constitute for 75% of the driveway?  Funny thing the 3 Hispanic males that PK sent here wanted $1500 cash from us !!    And now they say it is only should cost $1000 !!!   If this had been taken care of probably before the hurricane maybe the price would not have been as expensive, I called the office every Monday, no one would return my calls, give me an update or even tell me what they were going to do about the damages.    I truly believe they do not have any estimates, or research backing up their statement or they would be showing it to us.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The dumpster was delivered by the roofer.    It was on the right-hand side of the driveway, when looking up at the house from the street.    All of the damages were on the left hand side of the driveway where ***************************** backed the ** property truck into the driveway.    ***** stood there the next day when we showed him the damages.    He told us the company would take care of the damages.    PK also told our claim adjuster *********************** at State Farm, phone number ************, claim no 5937B453B,  that they would come good for the damages.  On 7/28/22 at approximately 10:45 I called FP Property Restoration to report the damages, they took a report and said someone would call me back.  No one ever called me back.    I have had to call back several times trying to get this resolved with no success.   It is now over a year that I have been trying to get this resolved, I think it is time that we come to a resolution.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I'm not sure who is responding from the mitigation company, but I think I have the right to know who I am speaking to.   I really thought this was an honest business and cared about people, but I am really thinking differently.    It has now been over a year, that your employees damage our property, we need to come to some agreement on how this is going to be resolved.  This emailing back and forth is getting a little foolish.   Your company needs to own up to the damages they caused.   If PK and ***** are the honest men I thought they were, this should not be happening.   If PK had people lined up to repair the driveway, he should have let us know, he should have called us and told us who and when they were coming, but that was never done.  I  think you need to be talking with tPK and ***** and you will get all the information you need.   What a disappointment your company is, and to think I referred friends to you since the hurricane.

      Firstly the responses are very professional and we are being respectful- I appreciate the same in return.

      You had a company out here with a dumpster- damage was photographed. Then you had repairs and you are attempting to make FP pay for it. The roofer had the dumpster. 

      We should not be paying for this damage. BUT we area good company and PK did state he would help on this- now you want FP to pay $4,000 to you which is not what we should be paying. We made an offer- you have counter offered by name calling, etc.

      I am rejecting this response because: First of all I am not name calling anyone.  This has been very frustrating to us, as it has been over a year.   I have tried communicating with your company several times with no responses from my calls.  PK called one time when the 3 men that he sent, wanted $1500.00 cash and we were to remove the broken cement and get rid of it.   He told us not to pay it and he would take care of it, which he never did, and we never heard from him again.  I have not received any offer as to payment on the repairs.   I have tried very hard to help you understand how the damage happened.   The dumpster did not cause the damages.   Your truck caused the damages.  ***** parked your truck to close to the edge of the driveway, when he left that night as he was driving away the weight of the truck damaged the driveway.    Your truck was parked on the left side of the driveway looking up from the street, the dumpster was on the right hand side.   I think I have explained this several times.   Please help me to understand what else you need for information; you should have some kind of report as I called and reported the incident.    If you have an offer, we will gladly look at it.     Thank you.

      We contacted our insurance because of a water leak, they recommended this business. Required that we hand the business a check for the amount that the insurance allowed us to get started. They cashed the check immediately which was months ago,They just give us the run around, weve missed work because they make appointments then cancel last minute or just dont show up. We had to pay to fix the plumbing which was the cause of the leak.They sent out a plumber that charged us over ***** dollars. We paid for it. Which was very unreasonable but Im sure Fp got a cut for sending them out.Theyare supposed to remove a cabinet to look for mold and work with the insurance company to collect more money from them as needed. We are grandparents raising our grandchildren a family of 5 sharing one bathroom for over 6 months because of this company, weve all been sick with respiratory problems, we feel theres mold. We have a have torn out shower and a big hole in our kitchen ceiling.The last two times I called I got no response. ******* is the latest person thats supposed to be working with us. He is the 3rd or 4th manager weve had assigned to our case

      I can set up everything needed but I was to address an issue here: 
      We paid for it. Which was very unreasonable but Im sure Fp got a cut for sending them out

      I am not sure why this would be said- but it is not true. Even insinuating this is something we take serious. I will see what delays there are and why and get a timeframe for this.

      FP Restoration did a terrible job on our home after hurricane ***. Not to mention they failed to show up about 3 out of the 4 times they said they qouod be at our house. The office is extreanly rude. Everytime i called i got the run around, when i asked to speal to a supervisor they told me there was no reason to multiple times and would not give them the message that i would like to speal to them. They left damaged sheet rock that is still molding in our home and that has visible water damage. Rooms that had water damage under the flooring is still in our house and when we had a public adjuster come out she said it was still wet. Only removed partial base boards and flooring that were damage. Then after they were "finished" with the job they left ALL of the garbage on the side of our house and partial in our lot next door and refuses to come pick it up. They said they are still in "emergency mode" and this is not and emergency, I told her I understand but if the job was just done in the fist place and disposed of properly initially then we wouldn't even be having the conversation.

      Extremely poor workmanship numerous times. They were hired to simply retile a shower after we hired a separate company to demo and replace our shower pan. They failed to perform the work appropriately causing water damage to the ceiling on my first level and my shower pan They never repairing the water damage and on the second attempt to replace the shower pan They ruined They never followed through with the county inspection for the permit pulled! So that still remains open with multiple defects to the shower the ceiling is peeling off cracks in the ********. They came out agreed on what needed to be done and now no one will fix it no one will return my multiple attempts at contacting them They had unlicensed and uninsured felons in my home.

      WE have extensive notes of all sir visits with ***************. Several of our employees and subcontractors refused to return to her jobsite citing comments being made by *********************. We have repairs issues in the work several times despite comments/aggressiveness delayed. Only when it comes time to review the invoice for some level of final payment do new issues pop back up.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I can't even get them to respond to me to be able to do any or the alleged comments in the response however I do have ring door bell footage of their project manager they fired arguing in my front yard with an unlicensed uninsured felon they brought into my home with my children home and I also have a series of text messages saved from after business hours being harassed aggressively by the the same project manager **** has seen them and fired the project Manger and his boss over it and other consumers they did faulty work for all I am asking for is that they honor their work as stated I can't make final payment with a unusable shower and an open permit with Pinellas county. If they have proof of any of these comments made or notes they should be submitted. My last communication with FP restoration was made on October 31, 2022 where I called ***** and asked when the repairs would be made and when would the county inspector be there to inspect the shower pan. I was told by ***** that a "*******" would be calling me that same day to schedule the time and date for the work to be completed to industry standards and the inspection would be done but no one called, no one returned my text message or my emails I have recorded of everything. A complaint will be filed with the contractor licensing board as well.

      9/3/22 fire 9/4/22 contacted by FP restoration, we verified that they work with Allstate and are legit 9/7/22 meet with ***************** and *********************** who did estimates - *** started the clean up work and removal of contents - he did a very good job. ***** took photos and was supposed to coordinate contractors, get permits and begin rebuilding 9/17/22 Allstate has their estimate complete, we try to call *****, and get no response, no calls - we wait a few more days, then find out that ***** no longer works for this company, we are put in contact with *********************** the General Manager. He tells us he will work on this to get permits, etc.9/28/22 Hurrican *** hits the coast of ******* First week of October, **** tells us all his guys are in ******* working, he will have the back in a week Second week of October, **** pretty much tells us they are still in *******, but bu next weeks he will have *** back to our house to finish the clean up to the hardwood floors, walls, piano, etc.Third week of October, nothing is being done, still no *** at the house, the floor is now warped due to humidity and the piano has not been removed. **** is no longer answering our calls. We have no permits for work, the house is now worse because of weeks of sitting with soot and humidity, we will need to test for mold. I have no idea how a company could be so professionally unethical. We are now at a time of starting from square 1 and have lost about 7 weeks. They still have our contents, no word on that.

      We had a devasting house fire on Dec 2 2022. We hired FP restor,ation company to restore our home. They assured us they could finish the project in about 7 months.First they had a demo company y come in and reassured us nothing would be thrown away without our knowledge or consent. After a few days I didn't hear from them so went to check the house myself. Everything was gone or bagged up. Not once was I asked about anything thrown away. Months passed with nothing being down. Two of our property managers quit and no one would contact us. Finally, 8 months later they started with some work They hired 2 subcontractors both who ***** said they paid to do the work but never showed up. We asked why he didn't press charges but he never really answered that. Now 9 months later they once again started a little work. They disappeared again!! They left a gaping hole in a roof which we have asked repeatedly for them to cover. Its still not covered!We have left at least 6 or more messages for ***** to call us to no prevail! We have no idea why . Once again work has dead stopped nor when they think they will restart.We used the bbb A rating on FP as a referral to use this company. At this point I wouldn't NOT recommend FP Property Restoration to anyone. They surely should not have an A rating. We are very disappointed. We want this job done! It's our home!

      This project has had several issues. Issues range from the permit to the engineering to the fact that the damages exceeded policy limits. We received one draw and we worked past that point. Yes we had two subcontractors take monies and walk off the job based on the project- however we completed the project past the point on the draw. We have records of multiple correspondence with police on pressing charges- it is not as easy as just pressing charges. We made sure we got past a point of the draw. The issues with this project are outside of our control.

      1. You knew the insurance amount and told us you could do the job! You signed a contract knowing full well the insurance amount.

      2. On the guys you hired who took off on you. We questioned you then, asking why would you pay someone before they do the work or before the work is complete.
      3.  You took off half of our roof weeks ago then disappeared.  When we called to ask when you would be back you told us not for 8 to 10 weeks or longer, that you were heading to *****************.  We told you we were homeless as well, you told us we could look for another contractor if that didn't fit our needs.  You deserted us!

      We have been working with you- we di the removals/mitigation fo half of the estimated amount. Then we were asked to refund moneys for removing contents. The permitting issue was beyond our control as it was in regards to the engineering plans. We have actually spent far more than received on this project just trying to get it moving. Even when subs walked off the job due to it being unsafe we came in with managers and did work to get it to a point. We have taken the project farther than any company would for that amount and in fact probably took you to a point you could complete it with the monies you received. The only solution we see is you can control paint the subcontractors and we will manage them for the standard Overhead and profit that and licensed company is entitled to. we have spoken to your carrier and due to the insurance on here you are lacking some of the normal items that allow you for code upgrades etc. The amount of time FP has taken on this project alone we have never accounted for.

      began working with FP restorations with initial contact with Vito out of Ft Myers and referred to Greg Day who became project manager to complete restorations of sewer problems affecting entire house except for one room(sunroom). Completed project on 10-08-2021 with paying balance owed to Jose with stipulation of replacing door to master bathroom and master closet. Initial bifold doors installed in early July, with only one door placed because of wrong sized ordered. Workers worked on 2nd bed room and hall closet door 2x times before it was finished correctly. Second measurements and ordered new doors in July to best of my knowledge. And numerous conversations with Greg D. and Jose occurred. Greg and Jose have left company since completion of project. Since October 8, 2021 have had over 60 conversations and/or emails with Sabrina at FP (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and Vito(XXX-XXX-XXXX) concerning replacing doors has per agreement on 10-08-2021. They have stopped returning calls in January or February. I would like to complete this process with placement of doors as per agreement as soon has possible since it has been 6 months waiting for them to complete project. **** ******** XXX-XXX-XXXX
