Had garage door replaced on December 10th, 2023 , technician came to my residence on December 6th, 2023, for inspection I issued check for down payment of $1,325, required for start of install, technician advised company would email me all paperwork, nothing received.Have contacted Local Pro Garage Door phone ************* after calling several phone numbers I have for technician several times for email receipt documentation of all work performed. Warranty, permit, each time I have called was informed I would receive an email.I have tried sending an email to *************************************************************** email address on invoce I received from tech on day of install, email comes back address invalid.Everytime I have had major work like this done, the company emails a copy of all documents of work completed, estimates, permits warranty Only receipt I have is an invoice ****** for my final payment of $1185.00.
