            I hired Rice Insulation & Glass to blow insulation into our attic for agreed price of $800 on 01/23/24.They required 50% down, ******* from Rice called and charged my credit card $400 and scheduled the insulation job date. After the completion they called for the $400 balance and asked if they could use my credit card they had on file and I agreed. I checked my statement a week later and they charged $412, $12 more than we agreed.I called the salesmen **** and explained I was over charged his reply was he would find out about it and call me back. I received a text from **** on Feb 8th at 9:40 am that said " Good morning we are crediting the $12 back to your card". I thought it was taken care but after checking my credit card statement 11 days later they never credited the $12. I texted **** again on Feb 19th and 3 hours later his text response was "I spoke to ******* and said our A/R department was working on it". They never credited the $12 so when I text **** he just replied with **** phone number. I called ******* several times through out all this and left messages but she never returned any of my calls.
