**** and tanda have been great and helped me through the process of selecting one of their modular homes for my lot. This is my first time building a home so I was extremely nervous and weary to begin the process. They've been more than patient and have walked me through the entire process. Don't!! Please. You'll regret! I promise!
It's tough times and it shows they will sacrifice good reviews to support there family and definitely not yours. It's greed. I don't see this going away. So that being said, Read the reviews. I'm not ******, I'm dumbfounded by the owner being 148,000
Off a text quote of 100,000. Yes 248,000 for an empty garage. 248,000 people. Slab block trusses sheathing garage doors. A little dirt work and sod. About 500 sq ft, engineering permit. I did all the leg work for them. 30x60. No nothing! I'd say about 85,000. And I've been in construction 30 years!!
