We got affected during the hurricane! We had carpet in the bedroom and wood floor in the rest of the house! ***** wright give us a estimate to removed all the floors and install them! We went to the wright flooring and he told me i have to react fast because with the amount of damaged was going to take longer to replace them he charged 30 thousand dollars and depost 18 thousand! I called him to explaing the mistake of his charge for removal My son removed the carpet so ***** was charging to removed **** sf and replaced the same amount! I had to go and explain! His help was helping me and ***** come to us and said if you want your money back i will return everything! He had like 400 costumers waiting for him that he didnt have time for my complaining he went over my house and was 15 hundred credit so he give credited 2 thousand apologizing for his behavior! I told him i prefer refund since he was so nasty! Refusing i call to find out whats going **** his help told me no refund the delivery day will be beginning of December i told her the house is not ready and response is i have to wait till February! My husband had a stroked! Wheel chair we stay with my son because we have no place to go ! Please! Help me with this give me an advice ! Our house is not ready! Not enough help to finish by that time I will prefer my refund and go someplace else with more compasionBusiness response

We have moved her install date at her request and we thought this issue was resolved. Per our contract, all sales are final, no refunds.
