  On July 19, 2023, my elderly dad entered into an agreement for construction of a screened enclosure extension with Iles Time Aluminum LLC. On July 20th I was sent an invoice for $5000.00 with the deposit of $2800.00 with the remainder of $2200.00 due upon completion of said enclosure. He was told it would take a month to get the supplies due to the storm everyone was behind. July 25th I signed the invoice (with my dads approval I have POA) and returned it via text to ************************* ************. July 27th the cashiers check to Iles Time Aluminum LLC for $2800.00 was picked up by ************************* at 3 pm at our house. One month became two and now it has been almost five months. When they did finally get the supplies after three months of being on backorder (Oct 3rd), them being sick and caring for their newborn they told me they were behind and would be three weeks out. Only after texting numerous times did I get a date set for installation on Nov 17th. They never showed up. After texting them ****** texted back and said they would be out on Monday the 20th , promised it would be done before Thanksgiving. They never showed up. When I texted them on the 20th, ***** said it would be on Wednesday they were behind and then finish it on Friday after Thanksgiving. I told her it was not what I was promised for four months and if they could not do the job before Thanksgiving, I wanted a refund. She became nasty and belittling and told me I was not getting a refund so I asked for receipts, and she told me I would not get any receipts, but I owed them more money for the time they spent doing the estimate and going to the supply house. That they were doing me a favor because I was going to get screwed up by the other guy that I was planning to go with. She made it out to be my fault and I was ungrateful and an entitled idiot!I have sent emails and text to get this invoice that she says I owe but no answer. I have sent a demand letter to get a refund or to deliver the supplies. They communicated well until they got the deposit and I had to text them to get an update only to be answered days later. How dare they take from an elderly man on a fixed income. this is not over by any means!

  In January of 2023, I agreed to have Iles Aluminum replace my gutters and windows and doors damaged by Hurricane ***. On January 19th, 2023, ********************* and his fianc *****, presented themselves as Iles Time Aluminum and gave me an estimate for the work. They told my friend, *****************************, (***) that they were going to order the windows right away from ******* Products after I paid them $9500.00 by debit card and that they would start the work as soon as the windows came in. We asked for a copy of the order, but all they sent us was a quote from *******, never a paid order. From that day 1/19/2023, they told me varying stories to about why they were unable to do the work on my home. They had a new baby, they were all sick, the windows were on back order, and on. This went on all summer. By fall, they told *** and I that ******* was not going to produce the windows, and that they were ordering from another supplier *************** We asked for proof of this order and got another price quote from Iles. The order they sent us was from another job entirely. (I do have these quotes) When we called T&C, we were told no order had even been placed for my home by *********** October, **** told me that they would start October 1st on the gutter work, to get things started. I flew down to ******* from where I was staying in ***** to be home when they began. They didn't show up to my house, and no work was done on my home. **** has also been involved in another incident in my neighborhood two weeks ago when ***** was caught at night cutting the screens out from windows that they installed earlier that week. ****** then threatened bodily harm to that homeowner.*** sent a letter saying that I wanted my money returned to me. We have not heard back at all from ******. I am a single, 74 year old woman who lives alone on a fixed income. I no longer feel safe with Iles in my home even if they did start work. I want my $9500.00 returned to me so that I can get my leaky windows fixed.
