I called the agency late Nov.2023 and asked to take one car off my account( I sold it) the agency took all three of my cars off. It took me awhile to find this out and then it took me weeks to fix it. I sent them a final check for $338.72 So I got a letter in the mail from a collector!saying I’m delinquent! I’ve spent hours on the phone and online trying to clear my good name over the “Culbertson agency screw up”.Business response

This response was provided verbally to BBB:
The agency was sold as of March 1st, 2024 to new owners, Aspire Agency.
Reviewing the customer's concerns, any collection activity would be done by Allstate. She would want to call 1-800-ALLSTATE, and they should be able to help her out.

Now I am getting a bill from my HOA fro mer to pay and they are charging me interest Will never use tgem againBusiness response

I have attached a screen shot, that looks like maybe this complaint was a little premature. Our phones keep very good records of incoming calls, missed calls, etc. We did miss you on 1/30 (you reached voice mail, and did leave a message). Before we had a chance to respond, you showed up at the office (within a couple of ours of leaving the voice mail). Kat in our office had been working with you. We are still buried in Hurricane *** claims, and **** UPC non-renewals that has pushed our capacity to the brink, but we are still working like crazy to return any voice mails left within 2 hours, and very few calls are getting to voice mail in the first place as we try to answer each and every call.
It looks like you filed a loss assessment claim with UPC but didn't submit the correct paperwork. We explained to you what UPC would need, and offered, as your agent, to submit this on your behalf, so we could make sure they received exactly what they needed.
We then received this email from you "Thank you **** for seeing me on Monday to help with my ins assessment. I appreciate it. This is what I received from *****************************, our president. *********** waiting for another document from him. Will send as soon as I get it."
You had the *** President send us what they needed, and he got us what he needed this morning.
I ask that you remove your complaint, as I don't feel it's a valid representation of our agency. People usually end up on the BBB website when they are very upset, so yes, the 2 of the 3 reviews here (of 13 years of being in business) are negative. If you check out *************** ******** reviews, etc ... you will see a much different picture of our agency.
