I have never had any interaction or communication with Rock Solid Pavers, LLC. I have not had any work done at my home by Rock Solid Pavers, LLC or any one else. I received a Notice to Owner today on my property that needs to be removed immediately as it is fraudulent. Please provide me with any proof that you performed work or ordered materials for my property.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/10/27) */ Our manufacturer sent the N.T.O. to her by mistake. We did a job for one of her neighbors and they simply sent it to the wrong address. It's called human error. We have provided her with the Final Release, there's nothing else we can do. So sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2021/10/27) */ I spoke with Melinda at Rock Solid Pavers who seemed very aloof. After two very brief phone conversations, she stated she would get this situation handled. Melinda's comment of, "you sounded like you were freaking out," in reference to my voicemail that I left and "your name doesn't sound familiar" were all that she could offer me. Of course I was freaking out. A company that I have never had any interaction with put a false N.T.O. on my property. Of course my name doesn't sound familiar because I've never had any level of interraction with you or your company. Not one offer of explanation or an apology for a very serious mistake. This situation is a good example of how it is too easy to put an N.T.O. on the wrong property/owner. Had I thrown away that piece of mail thinking it was junk, a lien would have been placed on my property for something that I was not financially responsible for. How did this happen? I received an email in the afternoon on October 26, that the release was attached and the representative at Old Castle (whomever that is) apologized. The wording on the lease states "for the ***** **************** job". There was never a job. It should have said, for a wrongful N.T.O. Placed. Still no apology from Melinda for her/Rock Solid Pavers role in this situation. Regardless of if it was your mistake or someone else's down the line from you. Your company is named on the N.T.O., therefore you should claim culpability for your contribution. I know there is stress in owning your business Melinda, but if you contribute on any level, to a mistake like this, you need to apologize. To you, this may not be a big deal, but for me it was.
