      On November 30th, 2022 I tried to subscribed to a financial chart on incometrader website for $24.99 per month. I entered one credit card, it didn't take, I entered a second credit card, it didn't take either and there were no issues with any of my credit cards. I entered a third credit card and it worked. The following month I realized that all 3 of my credit cards had been charged $24.99 each. I emailed the company and spoke to *** on the phone. She told me she couldn't see the charges. I emailed her copies of my 3 credit cards but she didn't refund anything claiming she didn't see anything on her end. I also emailed *******************, the owner of the company. He never responded. This went on for months and every month my 3 credit cards were charged. I finally contacted 2 of my credit card companies and one of them refunded the charges permanently but NOT the other one. I am still owed $49.98. Furthermore, I was charged by stock market education, ***** a company that has been inactive since 2020. The website for my monthly subscription was by another company that has been inactive since 2018. Upon further investigation I found them under invest edu **** which is active.I have spent countless hours trying to deal with these people to no avail and I have had to get new credit cards due to the fraudulent activities on my accounts. I am requesting a refund in the amount of $49.98 to be credited on my credit card ending in ****.

      *********************** did in fact send ** an email in late march asking to cancel her account. Since she was already charged on March 2nd we did refund her March 2nd charge on the 27th of March as she had asked. Up untill this point, we did not have a cancellation request from *********************** but we felt it better to refund her money even though she still had access to all her website information for the past 3 weeks. 

      *********************** has said that we charged all three of her cards but we only have charges for ******************************* as outline below and please see attachment S P Billing

      Nov 30th $24.99 

      Dec 1st $24.99 Double Billed

      Dec 26th $24.99 Refunded the Dec 1st Billing

      Dec 29th $24.99

      Jan 28th $24.99

      Feb No Billing,

      Mar 2nd $24.99

      Mar 27th Refunded the Mar 2nd Billing

      *************************** last billing was actually Jan 28th

      If *********************** has credit card recepts that show we double billed *********************** other than what we show below from our credit card processor's files then please provide them and we will be happy totake care of them.

      I am rejecting this response because they are lying and after sending 127 emails (I will be happy to provide you with all of the emails) with proof attached for being triple charged since November, I do believe these people are very well aware of the fact that they owe me money.

      On February 15, 2023 after realizing that these people keep on opening and closing companies and charging me under a company that no longer exist, I asked them to cancel the subscription on my ***************** I found it very suspicious that an entity would keep on opening and closing companies. Plus my credit card companies told me that this company was committing fraud. On February 16, 2023 I received an email stating that the subscription on all my 3 cards had been canceled. The following month I was still being charged. 

      What I am asking is simple. I want to be refunded on the enclosed credit card in the amount of $49.98. My other credit cards have refunded me the rest of the money but I am still owed $49.98. I have spent countless hours sending emails, calling the company with no resolution in site.

      We are still waiting for *******************************, to provide the actual double/triple billing she is referring to. Please provide the actual credit card transaction numbers from your credit card company for ******************************* to show that we have have double or tripple billed her and then we will obviously refund them but to date we have asked many times to see the actual double ******** for ******************************* and the actual credit card transaction numbers from her credit card company and have not gotten them. This is a simple request, please provide them here now. It is th eonly way to prove that there was any error. 

      We have provided and shown all credit card transactions for ******************************* (from our credit card processor) since Nov of 2022 and going forward. If you have actual proof of something else other than what we have provided, please provide ** the actual credit card transactions so we can see them.

      I've gone through all the attachments in this complaint and 'm still waiting to see the actual double charges. Please provide them. I need to see 2 ******** in the same month. Saying that we are lying or that you sent them elsewhere is not helping. Please upload an actual attachment that shows the double billing in the same months that you are referring to. We sent you our actual cc processing statements for you and showed you the transaction numbers along with the dates for each. 

       

      Please upload your statements that show the double ******** that you keep referring to. Once we see them, we can confirm tham and make any necessary refunds. Unless we can find them, we can not refund them. And on our credit card processing reports (that we uploaded) we showed the exact charges we have. If you have something different please show ** and upload them here on this website for us to see.

       

      Again if there is an error we will correct it but we do not see any double ******** (that have not already been refunded) in our system. Please see attachment.

      I see the attachment that shows 2 charges for $24.99 but I donlt know what those charges are for as they are not the normal charges you see on every other charge from **. It looks like they are previous crediit adjustments fthat werenow debited rom your credit card company and not from **. 

      The attachment says" Rev **** CR Stock MA Debit Adjustment"

      I believe this means that your own credit card company reversed (REV) a previous credit (CR) you received from them and they reversed it which is why it shows a debit "adjustment" and not a simple debit. 

      Please contact your credit card company and why it reads as it does ans then please send ** their response. 

      If it was a charge from ** it would simply read Stock Market Edu debit.

      I am rejecting this response because: They are playing games and lying as usual. This has been going on for 7 months (since November 2022).
      $24.99 is the monthly charge stated ( proof enclosed) on YOUR website & the amount that was charged for months on 3 different credit cards. You have received the proof many, many times over and you know it. Only my **************** card ending in **** was authorised to be charged. This is a completely different credit card that should have NEVER been charged.

      US Bank ending in **** permanently credited a $1 charge and a $24.99 charge but as YOU KNOW reversed a temporary credit on the last 2 $24.99 charges. Those are the 2 charges I am asking you to credit my credit card ending in ****. For the same month and for the same service you also charged my Chase and **************** cards. ***** permanently reversed ALL of your charges.  **************** was the ONLY card I authorized. I have already explained all of this in the 200 emails I have now sent you.
      I will NOT stop fighting these illegal and abusive charges through more drastic venues if my credit card ending in **** is NOT credited in the amount $49.98 by June 24th, 2023. I can't stand dishonesty.

      Please stop showing us the same reports over and over. We need to see actual reports that show the double billing. Not reversals or 1 charge from Jan but we need to see 2 charges from January or two charges from Feb or... 

      When you show us a reversal it does not help. We do not know what the reversal is from. We need to actually see the double billing. If they are different credit cards then show ** two credit card reports from Jan that have a billing from ** in the same month, or in Feb or... That way we can look it up but as of now we have shown you our actual processing statement for you. 

      Please stop sending us the same thing and calling us liars when we are asking for you to show us the actual double billing and if it is there we will refund the money. 

      So what we need to see are two different statements from the month of January with your name on them that show a charge from us. Or two different statements from the month February with your name on them that show a charge from us.

      When we see these we can then find the problem. But until we see them all you have been doing is telling us we double billed you and have not shown **. Reversals from your own credit card company are not double ******** from **. Those came from your credit card company after they had previously credited your account. They are not from us. So please show ** the double ********. Until you do we can not hep you. Calling us liars and saying that you have proved it or shown us or how long its been is not helping. We need to actually see the double ********. We donlt know how else to ask this? Please, Please, Please send ** the actual double ******** and not reversals from your credit card company. We do not control reversals from your credit card company.
