Mark Loren designs of Ft Myers are horrible. They charged me for doing absolutely nothing, and they broke my watch. They lied and said they could do what I asked in house, put a simple aftermarket bezel on my watch. They gave the watch back with a broken bezel They said they sent the watch somewhere and broke the bezel and still charged me 60 bucks. They initially told me they would do the work in-house. They lied. They said they had a jeweler. Had I known they were sending it elsewhere I would not have left it with them. Then they gave the watch back broken and charged my credit card 60 dollars. They should have taken responsibility for breaking the bezel and because they didn't fix it, should not have charged my card for 60 dollars. I want my 60 dollars back and for them to reimburse me for the bezel they broke under their care. The bezel cost me 25 dollars. They agreed to fix the watch if they can't they should not have charged me. They need to be responsible for breaking the part too.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/07) */ We have received the complaint filed by *** ****** *******. I personally reached out to *** ******* via email after I saw his google review. I assisted *** *******'s mother ****** ***** when she dropped off the watch for service. I informed her that anything further than a battery must be sent to the watchmaker and the shipping fee was $60.00. We sent the watch to Seiko to replace the bezel *** *******'s mother supplied. Seiko refused to work on the watch due to the fact that it had several aftermarket parts and could not be warranted by Seiko. The watch was returned to us from Seiko with the bezel broken. I do not know why the bezel was returned broken from Seiko. The watch was then picked up by ****** ****** *** ******* never stepped foot in our gallery. I have already emailed *** *******, which I have attached, offering to pay for the broken bezel and asked that he remove his google review. I am also willing to refund the shipping charge of $60.00 that we did incur. I apologize this was not a great experience and hope *** ******* will give us the opportunity to make it right. Thank you I sent the POC at Mark Loren's Designs (Cameron ****** copies of the receipt for the Bezel that was damaged. The Bezel was purchased from NOMOKIMods. I paid 49 dollars for the Bezel, and a detailed cost analysis of a similar repair and postage for a Citizen watch was sent to the manufacturer for a market cost comparison to illustrate the cost of postage and repair. I appreciate Mr Pelle's offer to make this right. I look forward to this, and I will retract my review or indicate that the business corrected this situation with expediancey. Just to be clear, Mr ***** will refund the 60 dollars for shipping? And reimburse me for a replacement Bezel from Namokimods? Thanks you
