              On Wednesday, July 3rd, I exited my house to find 2 dents in my drivers side door after yard work was completed by this company. They have refused to acknowledge that they had done the damage. The car was parked in the driveway with the damaged door facing the yard. There was no damage to the car the night before and it had not been moved out of the driveway.

              I am extremely disappointed with the lack of maintenance and responsiveness from Juniper. Despite multiple tickets being submitted, calls to Juniper and our HOA regarding the state of the grass and malfunctioning sprinkler system, nothing has been done to address these issues. , When attempting to manually manage the sprinklers, the knob came off and was incredibly difficult to close, further exacerbating the situation. It is unacceptable that we are paying for HOA fees yet are left to deal with these problems ourselves. The shrubs remain untrimmed, and the grass is overgrown, making our community look neglected. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I would not recommend living in a community managed by Juniper.
