Contract date nov 19 2021, with Unique Pavers design *************************** to build a wall in our back yard. We had endless text messages, emails and phone calls asking when the wall would be completed. Over the year of 2022, we had appts to complete the wall and failed to show up to do the job and often without notice. We would call, text or email to find out what was happening and why they didnt come. The stones werent delivered over many months and when we called were told that they werent produced by *******. After many months we also said that if those stones werent attainable we could pick something new. There was no response to that. We were told by *************** that it was Tremron fault that they were available. I spoke with ******* office in Arcadia on 2 or 3 occasions in late summer of 2022 and they told me that they were available and that I could purchase them for retail sale. I told *************** and it the best of my knowledge did not. We continued to ask for dates that he could get them and finish the job. many times without a response to when. He seemed to always have an excuse. I have included pictures of the many text messages and his excuses for not starting or finishing the wall build. I pleaded with him to get it done. In Early Nov. 2022 stone was delivered and it was the wrong stone. I had to convince him it was incorrect. He said his worker said it was correct. It was not. I sent pictures and he said he would check. He said he it was wron and had it removed. In Late January the correct stones were delivered and we had two appts to come and do the work of which he didnt come. I finally fired him and asked for a return of the money beyond the cost of the stone and the delivery cost. He refused unless i signed away my right to mention this situation, or do reviews on social media or other companies or people etc. I stated in emails and texts that we had no intention to libel or slander him . We have $1800 due us. We wish for that refund.Initial Complaint

We had brick overlay pavers installed in the drive way. When they quoted the price it did not say it would cause water to now come into the garage every time it rains or there would be a high lip at the drive way entrance. Even in the quote it stated transition by the street approx. 2 feet back and also stated will install 2in. pavers to assure the correct transition. None of this occurred. The sand was blown away and the pavers move. Final payment was done on 5-5-2021. They were called due to multiple tiles cracked, we were not happy with the street and driveway transition along with the rain running into the garage now multiple times. Mike (owner we think) came out and said he would figure something out. As of today we are still not taken care of and still have the same issues. Quote was done 3-11-2021.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 24, 2021/12/09) */ They contacted us and completed part of the work lacking. We still have unresolved issues with them. The garage is still getting a lot of water in when it rains. Also they did not use the full size pavers at the entrance at the road per our contract. They came out and replaced the broken ones in the drive way and added some sand and left.
