The owner, ****, has delayed my project making it unable to get CO.He is not responding and his assitant tried to schedule for a installation 3 times, but now showed on neiither.******* was collected 2 months ago.

Worst company ever. Do not use them. RUN! Ask for a real customer to back their google reviews and then call them! They cut the tile incorrectly, (no diamond blade and dry cut causing a huge mess) they did not do the correct prep work; No compacting sand or putting in stone under the tile. Once the tile was down, it was uneven, the cuts were rough and the joint material never hardened, leaving us with a mess. We also found out after the drain was done wrong. Mike did not ever come to supervise any of the work. Mike was not certified to do porcelain tile even though his website says he is and his workers were clearly not certified. Only after back and forth with the porcelain company did he admit he "Made a mistake" and at this point, the entire Lanai was laid down, the side pool cage screen was broken and they cut the panoramic screen. The furniture was all stacked inappropriately as they moved it and we have damage to that now too. There were so many other issues such as leaving workers from 7:00 am to 7:00 PM at our house with no transportation until someone came and picked them up. They were breathing the tile dust and at one point there was a kid doing work. Mike nor Unique Pavers have a contractor license in the state of Florida. We let them try to fix the problem 3 times and each time he was not doing it right. Mike has many many complaints and issues and check out the court records. We plan to sue Unique Pavers.

Wonderful people to work with when paving a Lanai. **** and crew were very responsive to our needs, punctual and did a marvelous job. Our Lanai looks great now and the price was reasonable.
