      The most unprofessional installers ever. This statement is based off of multiple experiences with good deals appliances over the last few years. I kept thinking it might improve, but it has not. It is the same. Their installation employees are looking for any reason to not work and make the entire process more difficult and more stressful than it needs to be use any other company and youll be better off

      Horrible service and there appliances are overpriced and cheap. I purchased a stove and microwave by Whirlpool and the didnt last 5 years

      I would prefer a replacement I cannot afforded expensive repairs. I purchased all Whirlpool appliances washer, dryer, stove and microwave. They all all broke before 6 years of use. My microwave is not that old probably 4 years and its the only appliance I have left from Whirlpool and after rare used there is problem with the start button if I press on it it doesnt shut off. *******************************,**********, ******* ************

      This store, from the owner *** who is the actual person on the sales floor who takes exceptional care of customers on the sales floor all the way to the delivery guys on the truck, ***** and **, and everyone in between (****, the sales manager, the confirmation caller, specifying the delivery time perfectly) are spectacular. I needed an ice maker to replace a broken one(I didnt get from them) for my New Years party. I ordered one on Wednesday and it was delivered and installed on Friday to save the day. Fabulous. I dont think any other company would try to please the customer to that high level. I have been a loyal customer since **** and will continue to do so. I hope everyone supports this excellent company.

      We purchased a refridgerator and dish washer from Good Deals Appliance in Naples, Fl.. We also purchased the warranty with these items. Since they were placed in our home, we have had trouble. The fridge needed the ice maker worked on under the warranty. Then they had to come again for the ice maker, finally they had to come back a third time and finally had to replace the icemaker. Then they had to come replace one of the doors on the fridge because it was not closing correctly. Then with the dishwasher, they have come two times for non working issues. Now as I wait for the appliance tech again for the dishwasher, because it has not been sending water into the unit. Mind you, with the warranty that they sale you, you have to call the warranty company to get a person to contact the appliance service for you, then the appliance tech comes within a month a says well now i have to order that part and you are without the appliance for another two to three weeks. I wish that I could get a full refund of both appliances and I will purchase elsewhere. Terrible service and terrible appliances. They should change their name to Good Steals!       I can understand how you feel, I have had an icemake break and couldn't fix the unit so I got a new frig, Its' a good thing you have the extended coverage you would be out hunderdreds of dollars in service. Not sure why the statement that it took a month for the tech to come to your house, in the busyiest part of our season might take a week to ten days at the max, maybe you had a busy schedule and couldn't meet up with service. as far as service goes, It's impossible to cary every part for every appliance on a truck you must ubderstand that they won't let them stock electrical boards they require a core deposit and there is a national shortage.
      We understand that we expect appliances to work worry free for 15 to twenty years, but thats just not the way ANY appliance is made anymore. There is no brand that stands out a s better than another these days and parts availalbility is a real problem for alot of industries. If the warranty company can't get the part to fix the unit they must replace it.
      As far as Good Deals replacing or refunding you for a appliance over a year old doesn't happen, that would be up to the manufacturer to do anything like that we can replace it the day it's delivered if there is a problem after that well that is why the have a manufactures warranty for the first year.

      You not being able to find me in your computer is funny! This supports everything that I had said in my complaint, about your service and complaints. What you are doing now, is a tactic the used car salesmen use. It is called the redirect, put everything on the appliance companies and products are made. When it comes down to it, you sale and advertise your products cheaper, Because you purchase knock offs cheaper and pass the **** to the consumers. It is also funny, that the owner does his commercials about how many he has in stock and how cheap, but never brags about his customer service accomplishments. I will never be satisfied as a customer of Good Deals. Terrible Appliances and Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
