On February 28, 2023 I walked into the Dealer had Joe the salesman greet me. I asked him if I need a motorcycle endorsement to ride a trike. He said no. But after looking into this matter I am now riding the trike illegally. And, they bound my motorcycle insurance saying I had a motorcycle endorsement. If I would have had an accident it would not have been covered since I was operating the motorcycle illegally, which put me at financial risk. So after realizing this I called and talked to Ricky the General Sales Manager and he told me that if I got pulled over just hope to get a nice cop! DO NOT BUY A MOTORCYCLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! GO TO BERT'S BLACKWIDOW IN PORT CHARLOTE.

I bought a 2022 heritage softail from Rockstar Harley Davidson in Ft. Myers, Fl. The cost was about $22,000. My monthly payment was approx. $350. I could handle this. But my insurance payment was $186, of which I wasn't aware at the time of purchase. I could not handle this. So, I brought the bike back to Rockstar to hopefully get a buy back. They offered me $8,000. LET ME REPEAT- THEY OFFERED $8.000 DO NOT EVER, EVER BUY A BIKE FROM THIS DISREPUTABLE PLACE OF BUSINESS. ***** *******Review from joseph r

yes terrible i had a front mounted and a rear tire mounted both tires were not balanced and they damaged my front brake pads it looked like they used a screw driver to separate the pads. never againReview from Alexis S

Worst service experience!Terrible dealership. How can the brand afford such standards when they invest in new models to turn the brand around.They were not even able to open the doors on time. Once registered, my bike sat there nearly 50 minutes untouched, then I decided to take it back.I was quoted $460 but the charge for the service advisor was $560. They need an former army manager and a bit of good old sense to apologize and actually have some elegance in handling customers.Review from Orlando F

Terrible dealership and customer service! Screwed me for almost 10k when I bought my new bike. Got the *** package and its useless since they dont honor it (took me over 3 hours for a service that was scheduled and they didnt touch the bike for the first 2 hours until I bitched). They advertise zero down but yet I had to put 2k down even with a credit score of 785..total rip off dealership that ****** should pull their franchiseReview from Anthony L

I went there, purchased a bike. I went to there course ended up crashing during there lessons. Tried returning the bike and they offered 1/3 for the brand new never rode bike. Ridiculous! They do not want to help you! They just want your hard earned money! Stay away!Review from RICHARD C

Don't deal with these ripoffs,they are like used car salesmen with high pressure sales and when you start signing papers you end up paying for lots of extras that they never discussed.this place deserves to go out of businessReview from Thomas H

One star is too many.........just had a $918 brake job and brake fluid flush.....the parts were $220 and $700 labor......there are a lot of good independent bike shops out there to put up with this shit........in my opinion this “Rockstar” Harley dealership sucks....... as a long time rider I would not recommend doing anything with Rockstar....
