      Unfortunately a terrible experience with this dealer. Marko’s communication was non existent regarding my vehicle, perhaps the worst service advisor I’ve had in my lifetime. Had my vehicle for nearly a week. No communication, no sense of urgency and an unacceptable level of customer service. Travis, the parts manager, was the only shining light in the establishment. Take your business elsewhere if you are expecting the level of service 2023 should provide. I know I will. This dealer is over booked and unorganized. Very disappointing.

      I purchased a vehicle from this company, yesterday. Before going we search for the vehicle we wanted got pre-approved with capital one auto financing. Check to make sure the vehicle was in the inventory and printed it out as suggested by the website. Long story short, we arrived at the dealer around 3:30 PM, we get there the old bate and switch, they showed us a similar vehicle, same color, but its an upgrade model and the VINS do not match. We are told that the vehicle we selected for some reason had been sold and not updated. So we bite, and go with the marked up vehicle. We sit at the sales office from about 4:00 PM to 6:40 PM at which point the dealer is closing. During the sales pitch we are repeatedly told that these vehicles have inspected and CERTIFIED. They even show us the dealers tick off sheet listing the 172 points inspected in the vehicle to make it CERTIFIED. This even qualifies the vehicle for free upgrades and warranties. We complete purchase, still have not test drove the vehicle - but since its been CERTIFIED, theirs nothing to worry about. The dealer is now closet, we are hastily moving our personal items from our old car to the new purchase. During this process, the salesman, alerted us that although the vehicle had been inspected there is a "check engine" light "ON", but not to worry that it is likely nothing and the its is a CERFIED vehicle. End results, the vehicle has 11 trouble codes, including codes for the brake system, transmission, and turbo system. In addition to this at a high rate of the speed the vehicles begins to shake and tremble and it can not be driven over 60 MPH. This clearly to me, solidified that this car was never really inspected. And that the CERTIFIED designation is Freudianly assigned to vehicles to make them more attractive to the buyer and get them off the lot. In addition to this this makes the vehicle qualify for upgrades that enhance the purchase experience.

      These people sold a car while I'm at the end of completing the sale. Unprofessional and they obviously do not communicate with each other or their coworkers and staff. All of sudden all 3 parties that were involved in selling me the car mysteriously takes the same day off, same day I needed to finalize the sale of the car and have paper work signed.
