It comes as no surprise that this dealership holds a one-star rating over 9 reviews. I recently purchased a 2023 Volvo XC60 from them. I was able to locate online and knew exactly which vehicle I was looking for when I arrived at the dealership. The first thing I said to the sales rep was that I've owned more than 25 cars in my lifetime and I don't want to waste my time. I want to get in and out as quickly as possible. After FIVE hours at the dealership, I was livid. Pulled the old "let me go talk to my manager" stunt. I told the sales rep, "have your manager come in here so we can get this wrapped up". They held my keys and sales rep would disappear for ***** minutes at a time. When it FINALLY came time to meet with the finance manager, he was not clear in explaining finance breakdown and actually SLIPPED in a replacement key program for which I was charged $250. I had questioned this while signing the 50 pages that were presented to me. I was told, "Oh, you are not paying for that. It's free and is included in your monthly payment". Well, not the case. I made no less than 15 calls to the dealership to cancel this program and get proof of cancellation. I was passed along to several different people and given several different stories. I was told I would be receiving a check by one person, and that it would be deducted from my amount financed by another. CANNOT get anyone there to call you back. They are absolutely awful to deal with. It's dealerships like this that give car dealers a bad name. I am STILL waiting for a call back from ****, the General Manager. Fraudulent practices. ******** had me submit twelve months of bank statements and ****s for my loan to his personal email account instead of a safe dealership account and now Ive had multiple scam alerts on myself. I have many more illegal practices that occurred. I left multiple messages for management with no response. Finally when I called the tenth time I alerted them of the violations that occurred they now refuse to discuss saying I threatened them legal actions.Review from Brandi M

I have read most of the reviews here and I am only willing to state facts... I bought an unsafe truck from this dealer with bad wheel bearings and front knuckles. I was told they do a full inspection of every used vehicle which can not be true. I brought my truck into this dealer less then two weeks after I bought it and had a tire patch done I tried to get it in sooner but they didn't have any open appointments. The service department broke my tire pressure sensors at this time. I believed the truck was out of alignment which I was correct however this dealership has multiple lifted trucks and no way to check alignment before sale. This is a safety issue! I was instructed to "take responsibility for my vehicle" by the manager. I was instructed to take my vehicle to Toyota by the service manager. When will this dealer be accountable for the vehicles they sell? I have $3000 worth of repairs needing done and they offer a 4,000 mile warranty that they refuse to abide by..Review from Philip H

The worst sales and customer service I have ever received from a Volvo dealer in my 54 years. Volvo items purchased with the vehicle still have not been installed after nearly six months. It is my opinion that they only included them with the purchase to get the sale and never had any intention of actually installing the items I paid for. I also have warranty work identified over four months ago that has not been resolved. I just want the items I paid for and the warranty repairs fixed.Review from Meredith E

I bought a car from this dealership on 3/26 and 5 weeks later it is still not fixed and undrivable. I have been lied to and told they will not fix my car until I have my mother remove a negative ****** review. To this date, I have not had the car in my possession for more than 3 days. I just want a resolution to this problem and I want my down payment back so I can purchase a car that actually works.Review from Sean D

Go to a different car dealership. My daughter came in with a preapproval Suncoast credit union, and when the card that she looked at was more than she was approved, ******, they took it upon themselves to pay for an additional loan for the amount that she needed for the car which is not what they told us they told us they were going to ask Suncoast to a salon that she had already been approved for. Did they do it all the time when we question the terms on the new paperwork finance manager was extremely rude and basically said we were stupid for thinking what we were thinking in all actuality thats exactly what happened five days later after a fraud alert was on my daughter. She had to bring the car back and they told her there was nothing they could do for her. I went in to talk to the sales guy and he refused to see me so the manager came out and basically laughed at me. That is a sleazy used car dealership type activities that they try to pull on my 18-year-old daughter who has worked her **** off to get what she wanted. The manager laughing just goes to show that they dont care about their customers.Review from Marc H

BUYER BEWARE!!! This dealer lied over and over again to sell a vehicle that was never inspected. Bald tires that were the wrong size, brakes that were shot. Very unsafe vehicle to drive. AND to top it all off, they couldn't even get us a title for the vehicle as it had fraud on it. They want ME to go to the police station to sort it out and try and get a title. WHAT A JOKE!! DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. Look at some of the other bad reviews that had similar claims. Not only that, but the General Manager didn't even have the decency to call us about the sale after repeated emails and voicemails to him requesting a call. This dealership should be reported to the BBB and be shut down. I repeat, DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. What the buyer failed to mention is that they we VERY aware of the fact that they bought a pre-owned car AS-IS. They even signed off on it numerus times stating that they knew the vehicle was AS-IS. Accepting the car in its current condition. The buyer also refused to have a third-party inspection of the car prior to purchase which is highly recommend when buying a car out of state. They also failed to mention that as soon as they told us that they were unhappy with the purchase that we not only reversed the transaction with a 100% refund of what they paid for the car we also paid to have the car shipped over 1500 miles back to us. We had no knowledge of any title issue since it was sold to us this way by a different dealer. We lead the industry in customer satisfaction and do right by every deal as we did in this one. Thats why we have extremally high review ratings from hundreds of customers.Review from Eas

Horrible treatment an service. They are scammers, an when you call them out an catch them red handed they get an attitude an act like your the one scaming them since they didnt get caught
