      I purchased a used 2015 Nissan from Sam Galloway Ford, and it quickly became apparent that the car had several issues, including a concerning smell of burning oil. We brought it in for repairs, enduring close to two weeks of inconvenience while they attempted to address multiple issues. However, upon their inspection, they claimed they couldn't detect any odor of burning oil despite our clear experience with it. A few weeks later, the car became inoperable, refusing to accelerate beyond 20 mph and experiencing a loss of several other vital functions. Contacting the Service department was frustrating, as I spent over two hours on hold before driving down to the dealership in person. I spoke with Keith (Service Manager) there, who promised to take care of the problem. However, after they scanned the car and failed to identify any issues, they brushed us off, suggesting we take it to Nissan. Nissan diagnosed the problem as a faulty transmission, a major repair that should have been covered under the Blue Advantage program, a comprehensive warranty that covers major repairs, and the Collision Center at Galloway Direct warranty, which supposedly guarantees workmanship and repairs for previously mentioned issues. However, when we contacted Sam Galloway Ford, we were transferred to Homer, who informed us that the repair wouldn't be covered under their program without providing a valid reason. He promised to call the Blue Advantage program on our behalf to seek a resolution but never followed through. After two weeks of waiting and numerous unreturned calls to Blue Advantage, we are still in limbo, awaiting a determination on our claim. It's abundantly clear that Sam Galloway Ford's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply troubling. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Sam Galloway Ford, whether new or used. Their negligent attitude towards customer care is alarming, and they prioritize specific customers over others.

      I took my Ford escape to have an oil change. I waited over an hour. I was charged for “the works”. I returned home to find that the same old oil filter was on the vehicle. The oil was also old. None of the fluids had been topped off. The tires had not been rotated either. They did nothing to my car! They charged me and would not give me a refund. I have emailed the HR person and he has done NOTHING To make it right.

      I call Sam Galloway Ford to work on my 2006 Mercury Mountaineer wish I purchased from them , Was told they would not work on it because it was to old, But the problem was the computer and could only be fix at a dealership , so I ended up taking my vehicle to an other ford dealer in Port Charlotte, which was really out of my way . I will never by another car from these people and do not recommend that nobody else dose either . If you cant fix what you are selling you should not be in Business'. so much for customer service,

      I had my car towed to Sam Galloway right before we had a devastating hurricane. I wait for parts took off from work so I can update on my car. Yesterday Sam Galloway told me my car was finished and told me I could pick it up and told me the price of the car. Instead of picking up the car I was about $200 .00 short and instead of letting me have the car and could return the money this week , they kept it because I could not pay the full amount. I was pissed off at Sam Galloway, and the bosses. Also when I was leaving I asked if they travel to Lehigh Acres. The concierge person told me they have a 10 mile radiance and Lehigh Acres is about 20 miles and when I took my car in the person drove me to where I wanted to go. I am sorry but your dealership is a lot better and I have notice a change in your dealership.. My advisor taking care of my car and the people who answered the phone were kind and nice and they should get a 5 star along with the mechanics.Other people at Sam Galloway Ford should get a 0 star.

      Came in post-Ian to look at a used vehicle, only to get told website price didn't include $7000+ of dealer add-on charges. Due to lack of options in the area, put down a refundable deposit for first refusal to allow time for vehicle to be processed while waiting on my insurance payout for vehicle damaged in flooding. Called the following day to cancel the deal, was told my refund would be available the following Monday. Well Friday after that I am still waiting on that refund with nothing but excuses for 5 days. Went to dealership to demand refund, was told that my refund is not a priority and iI was welcome to leave empty-handed. USAA is handling it as fraud case after they talked to dealership as well. Implication was that since I am not buying their overpriced used vehicle that they are trying to bilk me out of my refundable deposit. After this I would NOT do business with this dealership.
