Purchased a vehicle that they said runs and drives. It didn't. The battery was dead the alternator was bad. The electrical system was completely jacked up. The windshield IS BROKEN wipers didn't exist because they were completely worn off.. Their items description specifically stated that it runs and drives. It was absolute NOTHING RUNNING not even a single light goes ON. It's lousy item descriptions to entice bigger bids. I would encourage people to avoid any business with them.Review from Sean M

Purchased a vehicle that they said runs and drives. It didnt. The battery was dead the alternator was bad. The electrical system was completely jacked up. It has bald tires. The windshield wipers didnt exist because they were completely worn off. They wouldnt stop running once you turn the key on. Their initial response was that they had some rain down there recently and maybe something got wet. I mean are you serious. My estimate to repair the vehicle was $9500. Their items description specifically stated that it runs and drives. It was absolute BS. When I complained to the manager (after I paid to have it shipped **** miles) his smartass response was hey we dont have time to run a 52 point inspection here. Thats real classy and a great way to stand by your work. I would be seriously hesitant to purchase anything that has a motor from this auction. Im an auctioneer and I dont run my business this way. There is no need for a response from the auctioneer. I have all the emails as well as my estimate (which I provided to you this evening) if you need any proof so please dont try to put this on me. Its lousy item descriptions to entice bigger bids. You win. Im out the price of the vehicle and still awaiting to get my car back with about half of the recommended items repaired. Neither will I buy anything from you again, If you keep this up, neither will anyone else.Review from Betty R

Purchased an auto mobile via their online auction. On website picture on windshield showed the year of car and mileage. Description said that limited check was performed but car was driveable. We had the car towed to us via car service. when we got the car Royal had added to the windshield description that the car had transmission issues. Nothing was posted on their web description on their site or on the windshield during the auction This was placed on the windshield after the auction when the car was picked up by our transport service. If you cant be there I would recommend you dont bid. Their practice was not honorable. We would not have bid or paid as much for the car had we known the transmission was bad both I have pictures from the website and also when the car was delivered. So do the transport company.
