On 4/27/24 I purchased 1 item, paid $65 with PayPal. No confirmation email was sent. A recurring payment was set up without my knowing, $65 was made the following day. The vendor on PayPal did not match the website company name. The number listed for contact was not a working number.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on Dec 7, 2023 with ISHEREYES. They took my money via credit card but never sent the product. The phone #- ************** is not in service. The address- ****************************** ***************, ** ***** is an abandoned house. I emailed **************************** numerous times but no response. So now they not only have my money, they have my physical address & credit card info.Initial Complaint

On 12/9/2023, I ordered a rare whiskey sampler set from ishereyes.com and paid a total of $64.24 via PayPal. The recipient name is listed as ******************. I got a confirmation that my order was received and another email that it was shipped but with no tracking number. I never received the package and after I emailed them I got no reply and now looking for the website it no longer exists.Initial Complaint

We purchased some whiskey from isyeshere.com for $68 on Dec 16 as a Christmas gift for a relative.I received an email stating the order was processing on Dec 16 but have heaerd nothing since. The webpage is no longer available (ishereyes.com) and there is no phone number or any information for customer service. I saw other 'fraud' alerts at the BBB website which has given this company a "F" rating. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered this bottle of whiskey on December 19, 2023 and never received a tracking number. I tried to go to the website today to get contact information for the seller but the website was taken down. I have no other way of contacting the seller. After an investigation I found other complaints for the seller on the Better Business Bureau website expressing the same problems of people never receiving their product or hearing back from the seller. I would like a refund for this scam and have contacted PayPal for the refund.Initial Complaint

Too good to be true price on rare whiskey. The website has now shut down. No response, no whiskey. Scam.
