This is a BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. I suspect many if not all of the positive emails you see on Trustpilot are fake. Bestticketfare advertised a low air fare, I entered my credit card info and got an email that I would be contacted later when the ticket was confirmed. I got a phone call from someone from India saying they would confirm in 3-4 hours. In 4 hours I got a call back saying that my ticket was NOT confirmed, but I could buy a "regular" ticket for $140 more than was advertised (and more than a ticket directly from the airline!) I said no, I want to cancel and I want my money back. She said cancellation would only give me a "credit" with them. I said I wanted my money back and to talk to her manager. She cancelled the ticket without penalty or charge to my credit card and without a "required credit." While I had her on the phone, she sent an email verifying this and I checked that there were no credit card charges online. SUCH A RIPOFF!

I purchased 2 tickets from Southwest using BestTicketFare leaving from LAX to Phoenix, I thought I was getting a great deal using them, as 3rd party! Wrong!! There were hidden charges. For example, extra charges for carry-on luggage, and other charges for check-in luggage, no seating assignments. These were not disclosed at the time of purchase. So, don't fall into their so called "Sale price". Go directly to the airlines, you'll get a better deal!! Southwest do not charge the carry-on and checked bags. They said no cancellation refund. I contacted my credit card company and advised them not to put the charges through. Luckily, I was able to stop the charge.

Horrible experience. Booked a flight to for 6 passengers for what we thought was $431. Received a call from the agent stating the price did not include luggage. We were then told that for approximately another 400 we could accept the flight and it would include luggage however we would still have to pay for the luggage when we got to the airport that was another fee of $64.What a scam, nowhere in the travel instructions on the itinerary did it say luggage wasnt included. Cancelled credit card before we could be charged.Never doing business with this company again!

I find it hard to believe that this is a legitimate company that can do business in the U.S. I booked a flight at what I thought to be a remarkable price. The next day I received a telephone call from a Best Ticket Fare representative informing me that the the airline had changed the price/terms of the flight although they had already sent me an itinerary confirming the flight numbers, dates, and times that I had requested. They had yet to withdraw the funds from my account.I told them to cancel the reservation but they argued that they could not cancel because the airline would still charge my card. As I understood it I had no option but to go along with the change. I persisted in my demand for a cancellation and they eventually relented. Difficult company to communicate with. There is a language barrier which complicates the process significantly. Although I asked them to communicate via email or text, they persisted on using the telephone. In my case resulting in several calls with hold times of 45 minutes to an hour.It appears to me that they use an exaggerated but very attractive price to get you to buy a ticket. After purchasing the ticket, they then try to coerce you into buying a "reality" ticket.

Absolute scam. Worst part is it came up on a cheap tickets search, which I USED to use. Disgusting.

I went to BestTicketFare looking for an expensive ticket and on a limited budget and read through all of printed information before buying ticket. I received a call from representative next day informing me that he was saving me $80.00 and that it would only be another 162.00 for my flight. Including carry on and other amenities. I informed him that I already can have a carry on according to what I had read. You could hardly understand him since I'm sure he was from India. I told him I would not pay another $160.00 and that what I read on site was false advertising. I hung up after that and called my credit card company to not accept charge. I would give them a negative 1 if I could. I was very disappointed with all the extra issues.

These people are a bait and switch scam do not use this booking agency. Once you book and pay they only tell you that you will receive your email confirmation within 24 hours. Then someone will call you the next day to state the booking was only a promotion and need more money. They tell you every thing to get you to think that there are no other options not available and you will be on stand by maybe never get to fly at all if you dont give them the additional money. This is not true. Do not let this company take your additional money stop and call your bank and stop the transaction period from ever being paid if it has not already been ran. We didnt have time to do that and they said we would not be able to even get another flight and upcharge you an additional two hundred plus dollars which you dont have time to look at yourself because your at work and cannot stop and stress you out with all the reasons you have to pay the additional money and nothing else is available. They refuse to honor the price you already paid from your card you the same price as they sold you on when you actually assumed you were already booked and then stress you out as if they cannot find better deals and then if you do just want to cancell the transaction altogether tell you it will cost you another $100 dollars and there is nothing else available.

An absolute scam. This people should not be allowed to do business in the US. Let alone, their goal is to up price anything they advertise. A complete scam not sure how to warn more people to not attempt to buy from them. Even when the airline posted a transaction and I confirmed with them I have a reservation, this people still tell me the airline has yet to release my ticket because the price changed, liars and scammers that’s what they are. Please stay away from them

The worst. I am being scammed right this minute. I have been on hold and asking me to confirm my credit card for increase and holding on to my original amount on my card. I went to my card and did not find a charge and so I did a search here for scan. They were trying to get another 478 dollars out of me for an airline ticket. OMG. What a world we live in where people that outright steal from you. OMG.
