Spoke to a staff member on Saturday December 18th after I had made an inquiry online about boarding my dog Made the reservation over the phone for December *****th Told me I needed to leave a 100 dollar deposit or I could pay in full I chose the deposit I was never told it was non refundable and the agreement that I signed electronically didnt state that either An emergency came up and I had to cancel I tried to call and cancel on December 20th couldnt get threw so I canceled online Later that day I called back to make sure they received the cancelation I spoke to ******* she said they received the cancellation I asked if they were going to use the same card I booked with to refund my deposit and she said its non refundable that their ***** app hasnt been updated to state that but its on the website I didnt book on the website??? How would I know that?? And why didnt your staff member tell me that on the phone?? She refused to give me back my deposit I think thats the scam they run and its not a good way to do business Oh and she offered me a credit for a future visit instead the facility is in ******* I live in ********** I will never use that and she knew it
