I am extremely disappointed with the photography service I received. The quality of the pictures did not meet my expectations, and when I tried to address my concerns with the photographer, he hung up on me. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer feedback is unacceptable. Worst photographer in ***************/ ****** area

From the moment he called me he started yelling and screaming aside from talking to me very disrespectfully and I will not put up with that kind of language and yes I hang up on him because again I will not be disrespected in any way and I will not repeat the kind of language he used.

I was hired to do pictures inside the church for a baptism in a very poor light area by the front door where there was no light so I used my flash as strong as can go.

I took pictures of all the guests the parents and the baby while the ceremony was taking place from all different angles.  

The area which the baptism took place again was by the front door with no natural light and somewhat far from the altar which had plenty of light from all angles.

They wanted everything perfect but unfortunately it did not happen that way it was dark no natural light by the front door.

when I sent them the pictures it was not what they wanted so they started demanding their money back and that I will not do since I was there doing the best I could with what I had plus it was raining and foggy no good for exterior photos or church photos and later they told me that's what they were looking for which they never told me that before hand. 

I suggested to go towards the altar where there was plenty of lights from all the windows and ceiling lights but they said no, so I had to focus on the people not the background to light my subjects.

I have done a ton of events and continue to be very successful doing what I love to do my clients love me and continue to support me everyday I have great reviews and referral business.

I will not put up with any disrespect of any kind the yelling screaming and calling me names and curse words will not get my attention and being angry and aggressive will not solve anything from me.

There are many ways to talk to people without resorting to violence. 

I am sure if the ceremony was by the altar with all that light and of course in a sunny clear day it would have been way different of course pictures all over the church outside showing how beautiful it was but unfortunately it wasn't a good day or location and there is nothing I can do to fix mother nature or where the ceremony took place.

 

You were referred to us by your mom which is a close person to our family and yet didn’t have the guts to talk to us directly or even apologize for such a bad work with the pictures. You knew the location very well and knew the day was going to be dark and yet didn’t bring any lights or equipment to make the photos clearer. My sister’s cellphone took a better picture than your camera so no there is no excuse, if you’re a so called “professional” you should have been prepared for the moment and the environment and show some respect to the people who hire you without even knowing you but only because your mom referred you to us. Again, worst photographer ever. We only needed 10 good pictures instead of 1000 ****** photos that you sent us. Even the priest told you not to take so many random pictures. I’m sorry but your lack of professionalism speak for yourself
