Extensive Damage to my Home, and a Damaged Jacuzzi delivered. If I could give zero stars I would, We purchase a $10,000 Jacuzzi. We now have an estimated 10,000-20,000 in home damage and a damaged Jacuzzi from this company that they refuse to make whole. I will never use this company again. I am questioning if the delivery and set up people are employees of Recreational Warehouse or as they now state to us independant conractorS, as they are trying to deny the damages and make our home whole again from the men they sent out to our home, that caused the damages. We have on recorded lines that they are employees of recreational warehouse and they have a set schedule with recreational Warehouses. In the meantime we have a broken jacuzzi damaged by employees/contractor, damages at our home include all of our side driveway pavers, ripped out cable lines, ripped out phone lines, extensive back yard damage and extensive damage to our entire side and back yard sprinkler system. The employees/contractors botched the set up delivery and did not use common sense and we have a nightmare now trying to get this company to do the right thing and make our home whole again, they even denied the claim thru their insurance and in addition have not tendered the claim over to the third party insurance that they state is liable, and they at this time have refused to cooperate with the employees/contractors third party insurance by not sending required information so they can even process the claim. We are extremely frustrated and just want our home whole again, and sadly will likely end up in legal to have this happen. I would never recommend ever using this company due to this.

The sales person was very friendly and was eager to sell me a salt system for my pool and Zodiac pool vacuum. They said an installation company would call me to install the salt water filter system. Those folks did install the salt water system very quickly and left me with scant instructions. They told me all instructions were in the manual. Then, as I followed the few instructions they gave me and yet the blinking light on the unit that showed something was wrong came on and stayed on. I called Recreational Warehouse daily and they assured me all was ok and told me to add more salt, which the unit was stating was needed. I called daily and daily added more salt. I explained that the unit light was blinking showing an error code. After multiple calls, finally one employee told me he would call the manufacturer to have someone come out and look at the unit. I finally heard from someone who said they would call the pool company they use for installation and repairs and have them contact me. I did not hear from them so I called the manufacturer again. They said they would call the pool company again and if I didn't hear from them, call them myself, which I did. Finally someone, a trained tech familiar with the product I purchased came to my home. He did a thorough check and discovered the unit had not been installed properly and was hooked up to 220 instead of 110 and had the wrong fuse. They corrected all, gave me further instructions and all is well. Meanwhile, due to the improper installation, the warranty doesn't cover it. So, I have to pay the pool company $150.00 for this repair. I called Recreational Warehouse and spoke to the salesman who sold me the salt water filtration system. He said he would speak to the installation folks and also call the pool company to speak to the repair person and get back to me. I have not heard a word back from Mike, at Recreational Warehouse in Naples.

We're sorry that the installation experience did not go as planned for ***** ******* We'll do more research, but it sounds like the customer has a 110 volt system, and the installer did not convert the unit, which comes from the factory set to operate on 220 volt. We don't provide installations, but we may have recommended an installation company that would have been paid separately by the customer for the work. Someone owes the customer the $150 for the service expense to correct the problem, along with an apology. We're guilty of not following through with the manufacturer and installation company until it was resolved. We will reach out to *****, and make sure that she receives a refund for that service.
