They are crooks thieves steal commit perjury in court. *********.lived in one of his units for 8 years. Every day it flooded he did nothing. I have 200 pics of it. After hurricane he did no cleanup. Everything i owned was ruined and black mold everywhere. After i called code enforcement and fema he non renewed my lease. I had no water for half the year. All other units had same problem. At court hearing he and his attorney both testified they wanted no money. 2 weeks later he created a false document demanding almost 8k. They also killed my cat stole my property put it on curb at time they told me was a day and time early. Instead of letting me get my belongings the property manager waved people driving by giving them my belongings. She also had 2 bums throw everything they didnt want away and let them load what they wanted in their truck. She also did not bring sheriff with her which is required by law. Never rent from these people. He also evicted a single father and 4 year old child to live on the streets an elderly **************************************************************** apartments and almost killed the tenant. He and his staff are total crooks. They rent to convicted felons drug manufacturers and users. I was the exception. I came crom human resources with county. The city and county paid him thousands of dollars during covid and the fraudulent ledger he deleted them. I got copies from both to prove it as well as my 8 years of monthly ledgers. I warn you do not rent from him.
