They are crooks thieves steal commit perjury in court. *********.lived in one of his units for 8 years. Every day it flooded he did nothing. I have 200 pics of it. After hurricane he did no cleanup. Everything i owned was ruined and black mold everywhere. After i called code enforcement and fema he non renewed my lease. I had no water for half the year. All other units had same problem. At court hearing he and his attorney both testified they wanted no money. 2 weeks later he created a false document demanding almost 8k. They also killed my cat stole my property put it on curb at time they told me was a day and time early. Instead of letting me get my belongings the property manager waved people driving by giving them my belongings. She also had 2 bums throw everything they didnt want away and let them load what they wanted in their truck. She also did not bring sheriff with her which is required by law. Never rent from these people. He also evicted a single father and 4 year old child to live on the streets an elderly **************************************************************** apartments and almost killed the tenant. He and his staff are total crooks. They rent to convicted felons drug manufacturers and users. I was the exception. I came crom human resources with county. The city and county paid him thousands of dollars during covid and the fraudulent ledger he deleted them. I got copies from both to prove it as well as my 8 years of monthly ledgers. There's alot I can say about zivkovic and associates. I rented from them for 3 years and they are honestly the worst. Work orders hardly get responded to. Then they cut corners when they come to fix things. My home was not up to code. The owner does not take responsibility at all. If you're not willing to put money into the home to benefit them I would reconsider a different rental company. We had mold in our walls the house was falling apart. They didn't want to fix anything. It would take months just to get them to come to the property for them to fix it for it to be messed up weeks later. I had to come out of pocket alot. I would and will never rent from them again. There staff is rude. The owner doesn't care and all they care about is money not the tenants well being.

I would like to send you pictures of this person's house and how they lived with f**** and filth all over. We've spent thousands of dollars on this property including a new roof and other items. We did ask this person to leave because of the conditions they created and didn't like seeing children live in that environment. This included drug dealing, and again, I can send pictures of the scale and paraphernalia.Review from Danielle P

I have dealt with the receptionist twice now. Each time I have called and wanted help with online or questions the receptionist has belittled me. She has been very rude to me over the phone. I stated to her that I understand she gets difficult clients all the time I simply had a question and didn't understand why she was being rude. She stated if I didn't like it I could call back and talk to her manager on Monday the receptionist is in my opinion someone I would not want to work with. Therefore I do not recommend them for renting all because of a bad attitude every single time you call in with questions.Zivkovic & Associates Real Estate Services, LLC Response
