            We ordered a replacement sliding door from Florida Storm Windows. We gave a deposit of $2,500. We were for promised the sliding door was coming for months and months in spite of the 12 weeks we were promised it would take. I have many emails asking for status and no real response. Then ******* who works for company said "by accident" it was never ordered. The Owner after many more calls called me back. He said it was never ordered but that he would put in the order. I waited and once again no information. I called and called, the company was totally ignoring me. I ended up calling another company that not only installed a new sliding door in 4 weeks but had it included under warranty. I want my $2,500 dollars back.
